Thank you for confirming this! Unfortunately, fibroids is hereditary in my family. Every female on mom’s side had/has it. I received the open surgery to have them removed a few years ago, they returned. Instead of another painful surgery, I am changing my food intake, increasing my supplements and I have already seen improvements in my fibroid symptoms.

As far as I know, I ate healthy and exercises but I was a heavy caffeine drinker. My doctor told me caffeine helped increase the fibroids. I completely stopped the 5 cups a day. I switched to green tea, matcha latte with oatmilk and organic teas like dandelion and red raspberry.

I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts in the past and had them removed, along with my ovaries, but now have fibroids. They impact on my lower back and bladder. My consultant, who is Black and female, seems quick to recommend I have a hysterectomy. I know fibroids are common in us Black women and I had expected more options. They are common in our culture but I do not personally know anyone within my circle who has them, therefore I feel a bit isolated. I am in despair to be honest. I am currently using HRT patches for menopause and they do help those symptoms. I have been seeking a video based in the UK as I'm unclear about some of the products suggested in US videos. I started drinking my herbal tea 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night. This does not take away from the value of surgery or other treatments for certain types of fibroids, though. It's just that a lot more needs to be done to look into the natural methods to identify which may have some benefit and those that cause harm.
I'm taking birthcontrol first to try and help; while I try and adjust my diet (food control has been a life long struggle). My hope is if they show improvement, to eventually stop taking birthcontrol and stick to the diet until they're gone! I know staying on birthcontrol is bad, especially after 35.

Do not remove your womb unless you are not going to have a baby. Are they growing so much? Do a scan to see the size, use castor oil package drink ginger, tumeric and oregano smoothie. Eat lots of cabbage and broccoli. And pray with faith for God's healing it never fails.

While no one can predict, the possible rates are 10-30% and it varies. The metal diminishes the properties of the clay. When ready, the clay should have a very soft consistency (Clay becomes impermeable as it dries). Spread the poultice on your body as to cover the area to be treated. The poultice should be like 1/2 inch thick. Then cover it with a bandage or plastic wrap. You can also cover it with a large leaf of lettuce or cromb -to maintain the clay wet as soon as possible- before wrapping it with a bandage. For the remedy to be effective, the poultice must be kept on for 3 hours or even overnight. Then throw it away and use a new one for the next application. You‘ll see astounding results I just a couple of days!

Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching, Doc. It's a really 'big issue' and I'm concerned traditional western medicine is pushing women away when they bring up natural remedies. This does not take away from the value of surgery or other treatments for certain types of fibroids, though. It's just that a lot more needs to be done to look into the natural methods to identify which may have some benefit and those that cause harm.
I'm taking birthcontrol first to try and help; while I try and adjust my diet (food control has been a life long struggle). My hope is if they show improvement, to eventually stop taking birthcontrol and stick to the diet until they're gone! I know staying on birthcontrol is bad, especially after 35.
Just becareful with bc I got several blood clots in my lungs from it
I feel my birth control contributed to the problem considering it sometimes increases estrogen

Do not remove your womb unless you are not going to have a baby. Are they growing so much? Do a scan to see the size, use castor oil package drink ginger, tumeric and oregano smoothie. Eat lots of cabbage and broccoli. And pray with faith for God's healing it never fails.

I have a monthly period of 5-7 days. My concern is that a week after my ovulation period( as shown in the apps since nov to present) i have a painful cramps accompanied by back pain. Any treatment - natural or drugs can affect your pregnancy or breastfeeding, so please have your baby, and then consider any treatment for the fibroids if still a concern afterwards.

There is a chance that the fibroid can grow again after the myomectomy which is significant enough for you to consider when looking at your options.
While no one can predict, the possible rates are 10-30% and it varies. Its not the same fibroid growing back, but the chance of new fibroids developing after surgery - which can still happen at any age to different degrees in women.

Clay can be bought ready to use but it’s more economical if you prepare it by yourself.
Preparation: put the Clay in a glass or wooden container (never use metal or plastic) and dilute it with water in proportions of 3 parts clay to 2 parts water. It must rest for a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes before use, avoiding handling it as much as possible in order to preserve its virtues. Also, if you have to handle it, use a wooden spoon or spatula. The metal diminishes the properties of the clay. When ready, the clay should have a very soft consistency (Clay becomes impermeable as it dries).
Spread the poultice on your body as to cover the area to be treated. The poultice should be like 1/2 inch thick. Then cover it with a bandage or plastic wrap. You can also cover it with a large leaf of lettuce or cromb -to maintain the clay wet as soon as possible- before wrapping it with a bandage.
For the remedy to be effective, the poultice must be kept on for 3 hours or even overnight. Then throw it away and use a new one for the next application. You‘ll see astounding results I just a couple of days!
