My question is if you plant just one cutting, will others pop up in bunches and grow next to it or does it just continue to grow the single cutting? I’d like to grow them in bunches but I’m wondering if I should plant many in one container or just grow one in the container?
Hi Dave, it depends on your preference. If you are propagating to grow more plants maybe for selling or gifts. Then you can plant many cuttings. But, Fairy Castle Cactus is really beautiful when grown in only one stem :)
It depends on your region, if your region is tropical, it may not require too much watering because the soil may be dried on top but wet inside. Plants also absorbs moisture in the air.

Hi Tinamarie, just use a well draining soil, place in bright area, and water when it is fully dry. This will help the cactus grow faster :)

Yes, it will grow more babies from the mother plants. It is a beautiful plant and easy to propagate :)

Hi Dave, as you can see in the video, the motherplant grows more baby cactus. That would be the same will happen to the cutting :)
