Great to see all these kids training in nice weather. Here in Scotland we don't coach or practice at training we just try to keep the kids warm! There is nowhere enough indoor facilities and why oh why do we play (try to play) football in the winter???

You produce players like Jozy Altidore, superb athletes but limited technique. Your problem is poor coaching at your grass roots level and lack of development at the late teens. You waste potential by the bucket load. Until you sort that out you will remain average at best.
Just go there and ask if your son can train there. Google 'Suk Hyun-jun'. A Korean who watched the training. After a while he ask the trainer of Ajax if he also could train. A couple of months later he earned a contract. He played a couple of times in the first team, but in the end he not succeeded. But anyway he tried...

in the youngest categories is still legal, I guess in the U12 belove it is...and the kids in the video seems to match with this age
