Glad to see that they've improved their camera software. Battery life is a bit disappointing but the very fast charge(with brick in the box) lessens the blow. They should have offered gorilla glass in the edge 40 honestly and then this phone would have been a suitable compromise but they gave some NEG protection and people gave feedback that edge 40s glass was getting marks easily so it is better to use scratch guard with it

I just bought mine yesterday. And tried to compare this with samsung a54. So far A54 is much better in terms of camera and battery life. That selfie camera isn't really good compared to my redmi note 11s and samsung A54 specially in low light places.
I would buy this phone, however, I've heard there's been a lot of complaints regarding heating issues, which is a shame as it's a good looking phone at a decent price - £250 on amazon at the moment.

The Moto Edge 40 Neo is a very good Smartphone ! It has good cameras, it is waterresistant (IP 68), a very good p-Oled Display (144Hz), good stereo Loudspeaker, (Dolby Atmos), 12 GB RAM, 256 GB Storage, WLAN 6E, 68 Watt Charger...😎👍👍
Watching this on my Motorola Edge 40 Neo in soothing sea color. Accurate about every detail they delivered. Kudos, GSMArena! I even learned the wireless charging the hard way! Tons of online articles says that it has one but it clearly does not.
Genshin Impact can run on "High" graphics without any hiccups! I just disabled motion blur though. Most games can run on High graphics and some can run on ultra. However, games like Drive Zone Online could only be experienced best with Medium settings. Audio quality is the best! Especially with the headphones on. I don't use Bluetooth, as I use a dongle and it is crispy as studio quality.
Yes. I just wish I spent some more and went with normal edge 40. This Neo is smooth majority of the time but there's that one stutter every now and then which I hate
This phone is complete rubish, terrible photo quality (overcolored) and impossible to connect to monitor via USB-C. I bought one because of "reviews" and it was waste of money.
When running games the battery drains, to be expected. Generally Motorola has less of a shell running over Android so should be comparable to Samsung 5000mAh batteries not running games. When put to test (the GPU) it simply drains the phone, no black magic or something not to be expected. Just put in another €20 or so for 20.000 mAh powerbank. As mind the 68 watt charging capability with charger in the box! It is childish to complain about battery life with a Mali G610 GPU on board.
After 3 weeks of use I find this phone very good in many aspects but to my taste the camera is not. It produces sort of "harsh" images that are artificially exaggerated. Too much sharpening and color boost. I strongly encourage to test the cameras standard results, use also some digital zoom, before buying it. If you accept the camera, Edge 40 Neo is a fine phone for you.
