Something that I love about this, all these challenges, is how you two wouldn't * classify * as fashion vloggers and I feel there is this narrative, that only "experts" and actual fashion vloggers can talk about this and then you kinda go "fuck it, let's experiment"
Agreed! That's why I enjoy Hannah's fashion content so much. Whenever I see women classified as "fashion vloggers", I feel like my wardrobe is missing so many pieces that I'd need to buy to be fashionable. However, when I'm watching Hannah, I feel like my wardrobe is complete, I just need to experiment a little bit more. 😊
I also wore every item in my wardrobe in March, but not on purpose - I just kept forgetting to wash my clothes until I ran out. Glad I can now consider that an achievement lol
My takeaway from this video stylewise is that if I want interesting outfits but I insist on basic longsleeve shirts I will need more cool trousers. Also the fact that I get so much joy out of seeing the two of you in colourful outfits should tell me that maybe I should gravitate more towards fun colours and stop being afraid that people will look at me. The "don’t look at me"/high school shyness and consequential urge to not wear anything that might draw attention to me is hard to shake off even after years. Chaotic art teacher is what I hope to become
“Ooh I might try this with my wardrobe in May, shouldn’t be too hard” I say to myself while wearing the same joggers and hoodie I’ve worn every day since January 😂😂
Being plus size and disabled means I really really struggle to find appropriate clothes so my closet is tiny! These slow fashion challenges are inspiring me to make new combos and refresh my wardrobe/attitude towards clothing
yeah... like you would have to have at least 10 t-shirts and as many jumpers/warm layers... I only have 3 hoodies and I don't really like any of them 😭
@@lindaetmelina oh absolutely, I have two pairs of jeans, that's it 😂 But I know it's extreme and I am not sure how many other people have. Also there are dresses which are difficult to account for in a calculations like this 🤔
I L O V E Leena's and Hannah's fashion content lately. Sooo inspiring and encouraging, very pleasantly to look at and evokes the fun in fashion and experimenting with my clothes. 🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍🖤
Love seeing you and Leena collab!! I have lots of thoughts about this challenge and my wardrobe (see Discord for the full rant 😅), but I think this is a really cool idea to be more intentional about what we own... and potentially purging things. I'm making a list of items I actually need to fill out my wardrobe so whenever I go aimlessly shopping in charity shops (one day...), I'll be on the lookout for those and avoid things I don't need.
yes I think that's a great idea to get an actual sense of what your wardrobe needs and think on it overtime. I think it helps with avoiding impulse buys!
Even if this is a great challenge to find new looks in what you already have, I think it is imortant to stress that there is nothing wrong with only wearing your favoirte outfits again and again. If an outfit makes you happy: wear it lots! I also did a hypotetical divide of how many clothes this challenge needs you to have: 10 tops, 10 bottoms, 10 layers and 1 dress, could be the minimum, if you wear layers all days exept one (in a month of 31 days), with the three wears rule. (As a example. Could surely be divided in different ways too.) What I learn from this is that you actually don't need huge amounts of clothes. In normal life, where you can repeat outfits all you want, you need even less clothes. And there could still be a lot of variety in all the pairing possibilities.
I love how clearly you can see your (both of your) styles. The colour palate is different, the vibe is different, both are great. Wonderful video, I have to start trying to push myself with my wardrobe too. 🙂
This has really made me think about how limited a colour palette my wardrobe is and how I steer away from anything that is structured or patterned because I assume it will be uncomfortable. I think I worry that I will clash colours or patterns, but there are so many items that I saw in this video that really draw my eye and made me smile. Like rainbow trousers, lilac trousers, leopard print, and shirts with big collars or ruffles. Very cool! I think I will be more conscious about whether I look for items that are basic and I’m looking at because I think they’ll be easy to match vs items that are unique and cool. I always admire when people have unique or funky fashion and it makes me smile, so why not try and be emulate that too.
Leena’s day 15 and 19 outfits are stunning! I’m more like Hannah with my love of certain colours that repeat constantly in my wardrobe, but Leena makes me want to try out some more colour and pattern combinations out of my normal comfort zone. Have to dig through and see what’s in the back of my wardrobe or my parents’/ brother’s to ‘borrow’.
I think feeling sad about "retiring" things is a great sign, because it's important to wear things you love. The point of the challenge is to find those items, know/reaffirm what they are, and identifying those that don't fit the category. And then to par down to a collection of only liked and loved things! A wedding dress doesn't necessarily count, I guess, and as long as you keep in mind that you can wear a cocktail dress more than once in your life, you wouldn't have to get rid of all the fancy clothes just because in that challenge month, there didn't happen to be an event :)
You're both adorable and I love this challenge! I will say though, Leena's outfits really resonated with me, they were somewhere between chic and quirky and I LOVE the colors.
Rather amused by the spreadsheet idea to see what you all wear. I have a small Scrapbook with most of my clothes in so I can physically see what's in my wardrobe without having to dig through it. I also have a notebook with each item in it along with the dates of when I wear it. It all just allows me to see what I'm gravitating towards most and what I get the most use out of. Super nerdy way of keeping track but it's working. 🤓
I love these slow fashion/clothes already owned videos you and Leena have been doing recently! Looking at you getting dressed everyday almost makes me forget that I've basically been wearing pajamas for about a year every day now. I saw that you put a list of everything you wear up on your blog, but I'd love to know where some of Leena's clothes are originally from (to go depop/vinted-hunting), especially the colorfull corduroy shirt! xx
Such a nice video! Only a minute in and you already mentioned spreadsheets. Not disappointed. ;) It's also really nice to get some ideas about how to be more intentional and creative about clothing. Will definitely try something similar.
A great video! I enjoyed when Ghenet did it on IG, but seeing the outfits 'live' was fun! Plus Leena is a delight - her wild art teacher clash/combo was a LEWK. Loved it.
Yay, I found my part of the comment section. I was thinking, if I do this, I’ll have to have outfit changes during the day to get through all the clothes I’d want to keep. I’m currently trying to slim down my wardrobe to try and get it all to fit in the wardrobe.
Hannah, Yours and Leena's clothing choices were amazing! Interesting challenge and think you both had some great outifts, some weird ones (Looking at Leena's Tartan top, Fruit dress and Burgandy tights outfit XD)
I really want to do this challenge now! Both of you own way more brightly coloured/printed trousers and dungarees than I expected. If I do try this, I unfortunately will not.
I am in a rut with my clothes, I hate almost all of it and feel uncomfortable so I am currently on the hunt for new second-hand things, but it is not so easy
Finally catching up on this video 😍 really love seeing the outfits "in action", like when you were in the kitchen etc, makes style vids feel more real? I've not ever seen anyone do that :)
I was genuinely trying to think if I could do this... And I don't think I own enough bottoms 😂 I only have like 3 pairs of jeans and 2 pairs of joggers (that I don't wear outdoors).
I had to work this out, but I literally have JUST enough pairs of trousers, skirts and dresses to be able to complete this challenge, each item would be used 3 times! Not that I actually wear them for more than an hour when I leaver the house each week. . . I am living in the 4 pairs of jammy bottoms I own. I'm setting a reminder to see if I can do this challenge with my summer clothes!!
So, I had planned to do this challenge for July, but I actually don't have enough trousers/bottoms/shorts that fit me to only wear them 3x only... So I'm gonna see that as a win, I don't have too many clothes, and I wear everything I own 🥳
Love this video! This really reinforced the idea that I REALLY need some colourful bottoms, all I have is either jeans or black.. And every time I see those rainbow Lucy&Yak trousers, I really want them, but I'm so scared that I won't wear them (and they are pretty expensive to ship here..) Maybe I should just take the plunge! I also really love the dark forest-y green trousers that Leena is wearing :D and the flowy yellow skirt that Hannah was wearing. I need some colour haha
So, I am watching this like "I wonder if I could do something like this"... And then I thought a bit more and was like "I would only have bottoms (dungarees + jeans, don't have any skirts that fit / that I'm comfortable in, no dresses) for like 12 days, I would be bottom less for over half the challenge.
This was brilliant and really got me thinking about the clothes I wear a lot that would end up being "retired" after 3 wears. I might try this with a friend!
@ everyone saying they want to try but don't have enough clothes - just adapt the rules for your own wardrobe! give yourself a few more wears or shorten it, ie. a two-week block twice to fill the month
This was such a great idea! I think I might use this challenge to work out what outfits I have, what I don’t like to wear anymore and also what items I’m lacking or don’t have enough of. As I realised from watching this I have hardly any bottoms (taking loungewear out of the equation), feel like I probably have one pair of bottoms for every 10 tops I own 😂😂
Love the video what a neat concept! Also I hope you are enjoying Gloomhaven! If you are overwhelmed with monster damage and cards taking over your space, I recommend the Gloomhaven Helper app! We cast it to the tv so everyone can see it and it auto-loads monster's initiative and moves while keeping tabs on damage and scenario effects and all that 🎲
I need to do this challenge. There are clothes in my closet that I bought wishfully which I haven't worn or found a day or time to. I had a dream I was wearing all rainbow, and was basically glowing in some kind of iridescent camofluage. The only exception is underwear. Gotta keep rotating and washing those!!!
I have three pairs of trouser. And only wear two of them regularly 😂 I actually think I don't have enough clothes to do this 😂 I absolutely love your clothes and the slow fashion challenges you have created with them 😍
HANNAH! Two things: Your comfy velvet jumpsuit- have you tried wearing t-shirts under it? Both short sleeve and long sleeve turtle necks would look great. AND i've been following both you and Leena for like... 8 years.. and this is one of the best things i've seen, so comforting and nice. More please?
I could probably do this in summer, but right now I would also have to exempt my 2 leggings that are my only option under skirts. I don't have enough pants to only wear skirts for 6 days of the month!
This had made me want to go thirfting so bad! I'm trying to recreate an album cover with stuff I have or can thrift (since I need some more specific pieces). I've been trying to expand my style past the "normal" styles and embrace that I love the look of punk and more goth clothes and should wear them and this really inspired me.
i dont think ive ever seen you look bad in an outfit. whether its a random assortment of bright colours or grey/blues or emo black you rock literally everything you wear :')
Recognised your jump suit from buffer festival from a few years back on day 10. Thought that departed your wardrobe a while back. Looked good in the ensemble (as did day 9). Interesting challenge.
the fact that Leena has a favorite fruit dress makes me automatically trust her
Between the two of you, there is one jazzy trouser collection in there
💃🏼
Yes! I need a list of where they are all from, so I can do some shopping.
Something that I love about this, all these challenges, is how you two wouldn't * classify * as fashion vloggers and I feel there is this narrative, that only "experts" and actual fashion vloggers can talk about this and then you kinda go "fuck it, let's experiment"
Yesss exactly!! I wouldn’t call my style aspirational but I enjoy dressing up lol

absolutely an achievement!

that picnic-esque outfit is actually one of my favorites
:-D
“Ooh I might try this with my wardrobe in May, shouldn’t be too hard” I say to myself while wearing the same joggers and hoodie I’ve worn every day since January 😂😂
Being plus size and disabled means I really really struggle to find appropriate clothes so my closet is tiny! These slow fashion challenges are inspiring me to make new combos and refresh my wardrobe/attitude towards clothing
Can I just say - both of your fashion senses *chef's kiss*
Can I just say- your name is so cute
This collab sparks joy
I don't think I own enough clothes for this challenge!
Same here!
yeah... like you would have to have at least 10 t-shirts and as many jumpers/warm layers... I only have 3 hoodies and I don't really like any of them 😭
Same but the problem is not with the shirts, hoodies and pullovers ... it's the trousers, pants...😊😇
Same! I just did a count of trousers, cold weather appropriate skirts and jumpers, there are not enough
@@lindaetmelina oh absolutely, I have two pairs of jeans, that's it 😂 But I know it's extreme and I am not sure how many other people have. Also there are dresses which are difficult to account for in a calculations like this 🤔

thank you!
I love that we also got a glimpse in your (very joyful :D) daily life!
Yeah I liked adding the outfits in as part of daily life. It’s like I’ve got a second a day of 1 month of my life 😂
Love seeing you and Leena collab!! I have lots of thoughts about this challenge and my wardrobe (see Discord for the full rant 😅), but I think this is a really cool idea to be more intentional about what we own... and potentially purging things. yes I think that's a great idea to get an actual sense of what your wardrobe needs and think on it overtime. I think it helps with avoiding impulse buys!
Hannah: "I feel like I might need to make a spreadsheet..." Me: Aha!! So it isn't about fashion at all, is it?! 🤣🤣🤣
The pattern clash outfit is SUCH A FAV omg

Can we appreciate how Hannah’s videos are mostly centred about the outfit and the meal for the day it’s like a fashion and food diary combined 👌😂
The amount of pasta in this video brings me joy.
As a jeans and hoodie addict, i applaud you ladies for the creativity and fun in these outfits ^__^
Leena’s day 15 and 19 outfits are stunning! That fruit dress tartan outfit was brilliant!
I contemplated doing this for maybe 30 seconds, until I realised that I only own 3 pairs of pants that fit. Yeah ... maybe not 🤣
Yeah... I realised I *almost* do this already because most of my 'unworn' clothes just don't fit me! 🙈
Man, I developed a love of stretchy pants and I’m never going back lmao
Same. Even including the dresses and skirts that fit. Because I'm working 7 days a week, I wouldn't be able to count my sweatpants at all. 😅🤣
This video feels like hanging out with friends and now I want half the things you both have in your wardrobes
I think feeling sad about "retiring" things is a great sign, because it's important to wear things you love. I literally don't own enough clothes to do this challenge 😅 even when I'm allowed to wear them 3 times
that's pretty good going, this challenge made me realise the sheer quantity of clothes I own... 😬
You're both adorable and I love this challenge! I will say though, Leena's outfits really resonated with me, they were somewhere between chic and quirky and I LOVE the colors.
we love colours!!!

Oh my this is like getting double the leena in one week!! plus Hannah!
I only read the "Trying to Wear ALL My Clothes" bit, and I thought she was just going to put everything on, at once x'D
Me too! Like Joey in that episode of Friends 😂
I loved this collab, seeing you and Leena talk about clothing just hit the right spot ☺️
The "picnic" outfit is just stuuuuunning! My eyes are in love! 0_0 And in general the 4th week outfits just beat everything else, in my opinion :)
Love Leena's pattern clash outfit
thank you!
Don't worry about running out of corners, Hannah. Clearly your signature outfit is flashing outfits 🤣
A great video! I enjoyed when Ghenet did it on IG, but seeing the outfits 'live' was fun! Plus Leena is a delight - her wild art teacher clash/combo was a LEWK. Loved it.
99% of the comments: I don’t have enough clothes for this challenge!

Hannah, Yours and Leena's clothing choices were amazing!

I also really love the dark forest-y green trousers that Leena is wearing :D and the flowy yellow skirt that Hannah was wearing. I need some colour haha
love seeing you two together, lovely whimsical humans. very much enjoyed the vid💛✨

I've been LOVING your slow fashion series! :D
You and Leena together are such a great combo!♥️
Ps: I love all of you guys's looks!
I literally own 3 pairs of jeans, 2 tracksuit bottoms, and a pair of dungarees so I’ve immediately failed with my bottom half 😂
Thank you for collaborating with Leena! It reminded me of banging book club!
leena! your fruit dress/tartan mesh outfit rocksssssss
Damn Hannah you look soo good in the Day 11 outfit!! It's totally different from what we normally see you in but it looks super cool!
Such a fun video and so nice to see you and Leena together!
don't ask me why, but i get super foresty/woodland animal/wind in the willows but hella wholesome vibes from you and leena
This was brilliant and really got me thinking about the clothes I wear a lot that would end up being "retired" after 3 wears. I might try this with a friend!
I love that you share this type of content! I’m definitely going to try this challenge myself 😍
This video has convinced to finally buy something Lucy and Yak lol.
I can see why you two are friends!
I love that first aid kit shirt on you! and I LOVE the combination of green and purple on leena, especially that green floral (silk?) shirt! \o/
I'm so happy to see some of my favourite youtubers collab 😊 can't wait for the mean girls video!

Hannah's look in this video is goals as usual
I have three pairs of trouser. And only wear two of them regularly 😂 I actually think I don't have enough clothes to do this 😂
I absolutely love your clothes and the slow fashion challenges you have created with them 😍
flattering jumpers that are actually fancy pijamas should get a design award 🔥 - super cool video 🙌
HANNAH!
Two things:
Your comfy velvet jumpsuit- have you tried wearing t-shirts under it? Both short sleeve and long sleeve turtle necks would look great.
AND i've been following both you and Leena for like... 8 years.. and this is one of the best things i've seen, so comforting and nice. More please?
I could probably do this in summer, but right now I would also have to exempt my 2 leggings that are my only option under skirts. I don't have enough pants to only wear skirts for 6 days of the month!
Omg! I have that Amanda Palmer tee from her Edinburgh show in 2018 (in the before)
this is a cool way to figure out what types of clothes essentials are missing like not having enough warm jumpers
I LOVED this video. I wanna do this challenge now!! 😍
Leena looks sooo good in purple and Hannah looks awesome in yellow. Complementary friends
It was so funny watching you from Dan´s perspective, I always forget how small you are since you hold the camera normally!
If I don't wash my clothes every 3 days I run out of clothes. It's incredible the amount of clothes that you have :o
I love that you're playing Gloomhaven!
this video reminded me that i need to buy some slippers before aussie winter
Recognised your jump suit from buffer festival from a few years back on day 10. Thought that departed your wardrobe a while back. Looked good in the ensemble (as did day 9). Interesting challenge.
Day 6: Leopard-print bottoms day ✨
So happy to see Gloomhaven making an appearance! Such a great game.
The day 19 outfit tho, I LOVE that combo hannah 😍
Leena is a true style icon, all the color and that Amanda palmer tshirt.
And how do you girls have such amazing dungarees??
Lucy and Yak...amazing ethical sustainable dungarees
changing your outfit every single day in lockdown.. honestly that's the biggest challenge
I love this collab!
So much fun!!!!
Both of you have so many good pieces!
this challenge made me realize how little clothes i really have
I love how your hair looks here 💕
Watching this on the evening of 30th June, wondering if I have time to organise this before July...
