How do you break your shoes when they're new? I'm in my early 20s and experimenting with different styles. I found the high heels or fancy shoes extremely painful that I am not able to wear them for more than 30 minutes. i just respect to everyone who can wear heels all day long

go on purseblog and search for louboutin wear and fit configuration discussion. I learned about heel and ball of foot pads and all sorts of cushions from girlfriend and my strategy is to size up and pad to perfection :) I have a wide ball of foot but thin ankles and had the worst time finding and wearing heels before I figured it out. it's been great for my feet but terrible for my wallet.
