What a fantastic video to watch. I have just bought a starter kit on eBay as I didn’t want to spend a lot not knowing if I would like the craft and you Barbara, have excited me more than I can say. I have seen you on hochanda and loved the finished results but never knew where to start-well now I do and I thank you most sincerely and I am already one of your followers on you tube thank you thank you thank you
I won a Groovi Starter kit a couple of years ago, presumably soon after it came out. The blue mat has had a lot of use, as a cutting board and for shaping paper flowers etc. The rest was basically put to one side for "when I have time to figure it out". Having watched your video, I think I might try to find it and give it a go! I hope there are more Groovi movies from you. :)
I have just bought the Groovi plate mate etc. This was so helpful to get me started even though I have watched all the shows.
Thank you great help just bought your kit and sat watching your clip and it helped me to understand how to use it. I can say it works a treat just wish I had bought it sooner. Glenda

Since you are in the UK, you should check out the Create and Craft Channel that broadcasts to the USA and also to the UK. They sell and demonstrate products and ideas for new crafting items. I love the channel as I can purchase items we can not get anywhere or are very hard to find here in the USA. I hope to see you on the channel.

That looks like fun. I though all parchment crafting was done with dots. You have shown a different part of craft. How many plates can you get for the grovy plate.
We need access to this in the USA. Can’t locate it anywhere, not even Amazon!
The second I saw your last name "Gray" I thought to myself, I wonder if she is a kin of mine... We have the Grays from, England... Maybe that is why I love drinking afternoon TEA... ;) ... I love your video... I am interested in the Lettering mostly... do you have other fonts too?
That makes parchment look accessible to me. Very clever and you made it look easy. What about the perforations in parchment, can we still do this with the groovy plate?
rDinx Hi There, The plates do not have holes through them, so to perforate simply take the artwork and use the foam side of the mat.. Hope this helps. David. claritystamp.co.uk

Question: When your say parchment... Do you mean paper? Or is parchment a particular type of paper? Looks like your using vellum or tracing paper.

Andi Rozdzynski yes it’s the same as vellum although I think they are slightly different in weight
I was watching your video on Groovi how to. I have a question. Is the parchment paper you were using the same as Vellum is in the US?
Hi Corrie, it is similar but the Groovi System has been designed to work best with parchment paper. We have some amazing clear, coloured and designer parchment on our Amazon USA store: amzn.to/3cYRa00
