In delhi, these cattles are being raised by their owners. So they leave them for sometime so that they can roam freely. Although it is not allowed but still they do it. In coming time, govt will build big cattle farms. Once this gets developed, this problem will get solved.
Its ok to be cool without understanding the context behind it. That area is currently underdeveloped. I have personally visited there. govt is extending massively and its currently underdeveloped.

@@chris_19 My intention is very clear that only the Kawad pilgrims walk hundreds of kilometers on foot, and for them, the government makes special arrangements for footpaths, security, and sometimes even food. So, if they adhere to these provisions properly, it will be beneficial for both the general public and the Kawad pilgrims themselves... Because these people are seen in videos, and these incidents are happening, that's why I said it.
