So misleading, you already had the mirror sandblasted, which takes a couple of hours what with applying the resist, cutting it and then sandblasting it through the silver uniformly but not too deep. And how long did the box take to build? Gimme a break, there's probably 8 - 12 hours in that whole thing!
Just use a stencil look online I'm positive there is some cool ones masking tape and paint stripper for the same effect wash it down and remove the tape buy a canvas use the frame from that for quickness attach the l.e.d's an plug it in I think with everything ready it'll take just over an hour
Good to see the process, but don't deceive people by completely dishonest title. Just because you played the video in fast forward mode to finish in 3 minutes 13 seconds doesn't mean this DIY would take 3 minutes. Be honest and tell how much it took to build from start to finish.

This is actually the process, what he's removing in the first cut is the shape stencil. That removes the mirror coating.
