I love the search for an elusive book; it expands the original mood into a fetish for the topic.
Indeed.
Hi David, yeah you nailed what I was saying about mood reading. That book about Outlaws in Medieval England looks awesome and totally my kind of history book. Peter Singer is always worth reading, I think. Nice video.
Thanks, Gareth. I think you nailed it pretty well yourself, and gave me food for thought .
In the UK it's known as, 'reading on a whim'.
Excellent! I feel like the one who was speaking prose and didn’t know it: others have been doing this, and there’s a name for it. 🤣 Thanks for stopping by.
Hey David, I have that Keen Medieval warfare book as well and I plan on reading it at some point if you want to do some kind of buddy read or something later on. I must know of your thoughts on Braiding Sweetgrass as well. I've read some Tyson books and I'm pretty middle of the road on his writing I guess. Great vid David!
I’m up for it.
Noticing that "o" on the Murdoch might be life-changing for you... Or not... But it would be funny if it is.
I’m a bit fearful of “life changing” things. 😂
If you open How the Word is Passed, I dare you to try to put it down.
No need for a dare! I’m just not sure when or if I’ll get to anything. 🙈
