I was watching one of the video that you said you could write off the 90% of purchase price in one year .Obviously written off for 27 and 1/2 years vs carpet usful life is 5 yesrs. That is normal accountant do. Are these anywhere written at IRS websit we can find?
All those purchases are monitored. Anything over a certain amount in cash reported. Then an investigation takes place and those ppl will have to say they loaned you the money and show where they got it from and so on
Guys we had probate , i am only child only heir, and rep of my dads estate, his wife lied to judge and said my dad had no children, i got on plane and proved i was, judge made me rep of estate, guys i dont know what happened, a lawyer stole 15,000 from trust, a niece, and to this day i cant find that trust, i didnt get asked to go to the giving of estate and their is no other family at all them two had no children, they had a house, she died in 2008, some guy named jose is living in my dads estate house i think, she paid lawyer to help her hide things, when she passed if i am rep of my dads estate, isnt that my house now ?
