- Sabudana vada in appe pan❤️
Ingredients I used:
- 1/2 to 1 cup sabudana + water for soaking
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup coarsely crushed peanut powder
- 1 to 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped or grated
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- oil for frying
Procedure:
- Soak sabudana in water overnight. Ensure all the pearls are well soaked else they might burst while frying.
- Drain away the water from sabudana.
- Add all other ingredients (except oil) to the sabudana.
- Shape them in round disks.
- Deep fry/air fry or fry them in appe pan as I have.
