I love his songs, all of them. I give not one shite about how they came about, who YOU think he is or where he came from or what he is about, OR his credentials for commenting about life. I like his songs, they speak to ME. Massive credit to the man, and his worthwhile productivity.
“When you’re northern, you’re northern forever and your instilled with a certain feel for life” that sentence alone is enough evidence as to why he is so so great
The Samuel Beckett of popular music. Very witty, dark humour which seems to focus on the absurd and the mudane. To be able to put into words that which the rest of us can only partially glimpse through the veil of illusion we call reality is a rare gift.
The first 3 songs are Moz/Whyte songs which shows what an incredible talent Alain Whyte is & I wish they were still writing & performing together. Thank you for uploading this gem!
Pure gold. He gets better with age. He's put together a top class band, too. Vauxhall And I is my favourite album of his. Thanks for uploading, my friend.
Wow.... such a cool read!!! I just recently still shook hands with him, and respectfully had the pleasure of expressing how he inspired me in 92' to pick up a guitar! Such a polite fellow!!
Truly genius, with exception. Johnny Marr never needed him to make his music great. There was no drama in music, those days... Morrissey filled a hole, music in general was missing, since days of Bowie past. Still love him Saw him at MSG, 10th row floor, awesome...
Morrissey and the smiths are the most important artists of the 20th century last quarter. His shows in Tel Aviv where unforgettable.Love and Peace from Israel
Ele é encantador a mesma Voz de sempre melhor Cantor a Fã Australiana que recebeu aquele abraço de Morrissey na sua Casa felizarda queria que fosse Eu 💋💋 Morrissey Irene Pontes
What embarrassment??! Ringleader of the Tormentors and Years of Refusal are both great albums! I think its amazing that the output from Morrissey has remained strong all these years, unlike most(even great) artists. And live he is better than ever!! I do think he was a little nervous at this show though.
i went to the :who put the m in manchester: top top night and only had a ten minute walk home! its mega being a manc all the top bands come from my town!
⭐️🎙✨️This was indeed before as Boz calls it : When We started to broaden the Sound.I love Jesse Tobias & Gustavo Manzur Manzur jr My favourite Musicians to ever work with Morrissey but they're all amazing Musicians throughout the Years totally sublime.I do hope He has the sense to self release ✨️Without Music the World dies✨️ & That Capitol give Him back ✨️Bonfire of Teenagers✨️so this too sees a Self release as well ✨️🎸⭐️
Morrissey sits in his room and writes "there is no-one on earth I'm afraid of" (or similar) but he is truly petrified because he spends so much time in that room NOT being with anyone. He's more of a Catch 22 than an Enigma. Being a part of the general populace is the only thing that will bring him happiness, but every time he tries to integrate he finds unhappiness. Which is prob why his songs resonate with so many people. There's more but I only have 43 characters remaining,, get us a pint! :)
Would be great if the smiths got together for a tour.. but wishfull thinking me thinks... andy rourk dident get the recognition in my opinion... pure class he's inspired so many...
In what sense do the Royals salute Oliver Cromwell? He was a vehement opponent of the monarchs, if ever there was one. I never understood his place in this song
Wow... I was raised in Manchester and was there from the age of 4 to 19. Since then (20 years past) I've been around here there and other places, but I've never been anywhere as free, open, accepting and creative as Manchester. You were labelled gay for reading a BOOK? What books were you reading? Which part of Manchester thinks reading is gay??? I do believe I took your message too seriously as I'm feeling a bit silly responding to it now :)
Oh my dog...thankfully some things stay comfortably the same...like Mozzer's quiff and his underbite...Dubba U and Blair...Come On! they were sweet bedmates.got to appreciate t h a t.
I love his songs, all of them. I give not one shite about how they came about, who YOU think he is or where he came from or what he is about, OR his credentials for commenting about life. I like his songs, they speak to ME. Massive credit to the man, and his worthwhile productivity.
Well fucking said.
Together with Bowie and Nick Cave, Morrissey is a one of the all time great singer/songwriters. Simply a genius.
Can't wait to.see.him in.dublin
nick cave, but...ok
Totally agree with that choice, I'd add Thom Yorke.
“When you’re northern, you’re northern forever and your instilled with a certain feel for life” that sentence alone is enough evidence as to why he is so so great
*_Absolutely on point right - So eloquently said too ..._*
The Samuel Beckett of popular music. Very witty, dark humour which seems to focus on the absurd and the mudane. To be able to put into words that which the rest of us can only partially glimpse through the veil of illusion we call reality is a rare gift.
Agree
Love the guy
Genius
The first 3 songs are Moz/Whyte songs which shows what an incredible talent Alain Whyte is & I wish they were still writing & performing together. Thank you for uploading this gem!
Your wish came true :^)
Great comment Hannah! I’m a big fan of Alain. Have you checked out his TH-cam channel? Hey does a fantastic job playing Smiths/Moz songs
Absolutely, love Alain Whyte's guitars
Yes well they are back together live and will be writing together soon too.
Alain Whyte es talento puro. We all love him ♥️
A true artist, very rare nowadays
Pure gold. He gets better with age. He's put together a top class band, too. Vauxhall And I is my favourite album of his. Thanks for uploading, my friend.
I love that the movements while he sings are still there, its comforting
Oh my goodness, truly the voice of an angel - esp There is a Light .... so beautifully sung.
20 years since Morrissey Live in Dallas...one of the greatest concerts by any artist, anytime.
My favourite Morrissey era
Great performance ! I love you Morrissey !
Good to see me old school mate alain white on lead... Hampstead comp far behind us mate.. Chuffed to see the music worked out for you buddy
Wow.... such a cool read!!! I just recently still shook hands with him, and respectfully had the pleasure of expressing how he inspired me in 92' to pick up a guitar! Such a polite fellow!!
This is such a wonderful version of There is a Light, his vocals are fantastic...
Oh Moz, you perfect human being
Him singing the last song made me cry. Then the walk of..
He's the best.
Truly genius, with exception. Johnny Marr never needed him to make his music great. There was no drama in music, those days... Morrissey filled a hole, music in general was missing, since days of Bowie past. Still love him
Saw him at MSG, 10th row floor, awesome...
I just get him! Brilliant
The best Moz line up
His reflection on the piano looks like 80's Morrissey...
OMG, you're right. Soft focus does wonders.
that's magical
But how can he be THAT perfect?
Why does this video of God only have 92K views?
I have added my one Ka Boom. The best entertainer ever.
They say god is in a little of all of us but he's got his fingerprints all over this one
Thx for putting this together, without all the other acts you don't want to watch. ⭐👍
Fantastic
Pure class
3 gold Moz songs with his best line up ever !
awesome drummer
I love this man ❤
I'm with you there, I wish I was born in Manchester too!
Max Harrison the best thing about Manchester are the roads out hence why Moz no longer lives there. Its wet and dreary on a good day.
Extraordinario y tan fino
He's a fucking genius.
Best band he had
I want Morrissey to be my English teacher ^_^
Morrissey and the smiths are the most important artists of the 20th century last quarter. His shows in Tel Aviv where unforgettable.Love and Peace from Israel
Baruch HaShem
it's a very pleasant place as long as you don't meet people--that sums up la better than anything
"When you're northern you're northern for life" truth.
Ele é encantador a mesma Voz de sempre melhor Cantor a Fã Australiana que recebeu aquele abraço de Morrissey na sua Casa felizarda queria que fosse Eu 💋💋 Morrissey Irene Pontes
LOVE Morrissey!
Excellent, another quality upload Mr Mopar! :-)
He just IS!

Ringleader and Refusal really are great albums, I wouldn't say they were if they weren't, trust me.
i went to the :who put the m in manchester: top top night and only had a ten minute walk home! its mega being a manc all the top bands come from my town!
i was looking for a deal and then i found a deal ...... and heaven knows i'm miserable now
Love you Moz
Awesome
The best band he had bar The Smiths in my opinion ... i especially liked the drummer ...

blimey....Stewart Lee has a better voice than I thought he would
Let himself go a bit though, hasn't he?
Other than 'The Old Grey Whistle Test', this is the best music programme that ever was
Morrissey Genius...
j adore!
Moz looking and so sounding fantastic here.
I like it!
Eu estava lá no olympia SP em 2000!

Oh hes amazing and he had to be a Gemini :) Intoxicating and soo attractive like us all :)
#EPIC
His exit! This!!! Bravo!
Would be great if the smiths got together for a tour.. but wishfull thinking me thinks... andy rourk dident get the recognition in my opinion... pure class he's inspired so many...
Por favor, qué combo!!
It was 8.5 years between the shows
Brilliance, the little southerner got short shrift 😂😂 got to love Boz Boorers machine gun guitar
Come back to Los Angeles moz :(
did you notice holland thought he could give a piano accompaniment but decided not to mid way
Moz is God💖
Just tried to thumbs up this comment. Couldn't understand why it wouldn't let me... Oh, it's my comment. Pissing myself.
Morrissey's best band other than the smiths
😍😍😍😘😘😘
Alain Whyte 🙌
So real
first of the gang is up there with his best
hahahahaa, love him
*_I would love Morrissey to be our Prime minister - He would sort the woke out once and for all ..._*
And do what? Put them in camps? Sounds familiar. Twat
Cry😢
I've just had a thought, could Moz have played Joe Meek in Telstar?
well that was quite an awkward interview
I'd do an "alright now" bass on this.
salaberry te quiere
In what sense do the Royals salute Oliver Cromwell? He was a vehement opponent of the monarchs, if ever there was one. I never understood his place in this song
I cant heare it load. why?
It is ironic in a way, the die hards long for a smiths reunion, however they would never have in all honesty have achieved this level of brilliance,,
Irish purity & English pollution within
Racist bigotry right there. Congratulations you muppet
Wow... I was raised in Manchester and was there from the age of 4 to 19. Knock knock !…
This song is about the Princess Diana death..Predicting the future..The whole world is a stage
Sorry Moz but the food scene in LA far more diverse and far superior than Manchester?!
i didnt notice, english is not my first language
The drummer's digging it
Oh my dog...thankfully some things stay comfortably the same...like Mozzer's quiff and his underbite...Dubba U and Blair...Come On! they were sweet bedmates.got to appreciate t h a t.
Yes Blair took it n the A$$, from behind, a little Bush what a sickening weak man Blair was and will go down in history A$
And the same sycophant that got Sir Jogger his pathetic knighthood....what a honour.
Ohhhh... Jools was not liking Moz's responses ;D Can't blame him tbh
I don't like Morrissey, I adore him.
0:10
It seems as if he couldn't be fake if he wanted to.
Not many true individuals left :)
Great elevator music
You're American, so you'll never get it.
Maybe Tony Blair and W Bush ask themselves stupidly, "Why did Morrissey hate us? What did we do?"
