Excellent Presentation. Am a senior citizen. Recently Bought a Tp Link AC 750 Mesh Wifi Extender , RE 200 . My Airtel wifi Router was not giving adequate coverage for A duplex HOUSE . I TRIED ATLEAST 7 TH-cam REVIEWS for information on how to set up this . Nobody could give me a proper step by step Method . My TP link Archer A6 Gigabit router is enough for my 2 bhk house using 5 devices with a 150 mbps plan. I get full speeds luckily no need for this. 👍.But well explained.

With that ethernet port, can I plug in a cable from the extender to another router in another room where the signal is weak then connect to the router?

Hello, I have a Jio Fiber connection (150mbps) and I recently purchased this TP Link extender.
The speed test, when connected on the extender, shows around 70-80mbps of download and 50-60mbps of upload speed. Streaming is fast but Zoom calls and Gmeet calls still lag.
Is there a fix available for this? The problem doesn't occur when I connect directly with the Jio router. It's only when I connect with the extender that the issue occurs. I also checked the distance between the main router and extender.
Try using a free DNS like 1.1.1.1 & check.
Does this connect with jio fiber?

Hey, I have two questions :
1. What's the difference between RE200 and RE205? Although, the latter in named as AC750 performance, does it really make any difference?
2. If this device is connected to a plug that inturn is connected to an inverter, how long does it take to reconnect to the router when the electricity goes off ? (As it would take a split second to turn on again)

Bro I have purchased a TP link wifi extender which only supports 2.4 GHz band. But there is a Jio fibre network with 5 GHz band in my neighbour's home. Should I buy this extender? Does it support both 2.4 and 5 GHz band? Is it worth buying?

Phone will automatically connect to the nearest network if you have connected once.

I want to use TP-link range extender RE200 to form mesh wifi network by connecting it to Tplink Archer A6 router. Will it produce same strength of wifi signals in mesh network as that of secondary router? Router is in first floor, RE200 will be in 2nd floor.

How far can the signal catch from the router? Please tell the minimum distance if maximum distance is not possible.
It can catch upto 3 or 4 rooms away. But signal strength too will go down when it goes far.

You can connect from main Router to extender using LAN for better input connection.

Mere pass 4g sim router hai aur me ne aaj ye dual band RE liya hia . 5Ghz pr muze speed 35-55mbps speed mil rha hua . Agr me router se lan cable use krta hu extender me to speed increase hoga ? Cable konsa best rhega cat 5 / 6 ?

Reset and try again once. Try restarting your main router also.

I want to buy this repeater for the tv specially.
But i want to connect TV via rj45 port of repeater and tv supports RJ 45 port connection after connecting this repeater with my broadband 5G band.

The process I have shown is for Jio Fiber WiFi only. I use Jio Fiber itself.
