Hi Kirsten, yes solicitors are the bain of my life currently, our current situation is due to non communication betweeen solicitors and solicitors to clients. It's been a soggy afternnon in S Yorkshire too.
It feels crazy in this age of instant messaging that communication is so poor

Spilsby is one of those small market towns that have great potential, I hate to see any empty shops
