Putting it shortly. Yellow guys are imperial fists master defenders (loyalists), and those in grey are iron warriors masters of sieges (traitors). They really hate each other more than others, and it's basically an endless cycle of build and destroy between those two chapters.

A little comment in-character:My two brothers legions the faces of the same coin perturabo can say that they have iron will but the imperial fist have theirs father will that not matter the cost they are going to protect the imperium and their people,they are the wall the shield and the fist of my father
could you make them react to something else like the kreig death korps or the horus heresy? there are many interesting animations that they could react to
There are a couple of GMV's for the Dawn of War and Battlefleet Gothic games, would make some good reaction video's plus they'd get to learn the lore of WH40K. Also to let Rory and Prince Ego (I'd know it's not his name, just calling him that cause he's an asshole) that Space Marine's and even the Imperium of Man have fought WAY worst foes that even make Rory Ms. Grim Reaper herself looked like an ant.

The space marines are modified as biology, even without armor are like thanks. And that armored ogre wasn't a ogre but whe have.
