    Wow you gave me a breath of fresh air just as I was ready to burn my bow you let me know that maybe I’m not as bad as I thought I have watched so many videos and no one ever misses 20,40,heck 100 yards dead on all the time some don’t even have to look at their target Thanks for posting a genuine video and letting us know that everyone has bad days and no one will ever be perfect every time. Missing is a part of learning, and even the best in the world miss, especially in trad archery. Consistency and spending time tuning and re-tuning is what helps more than anything.     Trad climber and trad archery here i feel like crack climbing and archery are complimentary for training love the video keep up the good work gunks and dacks climber btw

      You’re welcome. I hope it works for you. Remember, it’s not so much that touching your shoulder is important, but rather giving a signal to your mind to open up the hand. Touching the shoulder helps with consistency.

    Try canting the bow and bending your knees slightly like someone shooting a pistol
