- We are going back to our original schedule and starting October 1, 2023, our knitting podcast, Sit and Knit for a Bit, will alternate with tutorials on Sundays. We will no longer publish episodes on Wednesdays.

If you post your shows on Sundays it shouldn’t matter to anyone. The great thing about streaming is that we can watch it whenever we want to. I will probably continue to watch your episodes on Wednesdays just because that fits my schedule. But I’ll continue to watch and enjoy you guys. Keep on keepin’ on. I appreciate what you do.

A million thank yous for the generosity of your time and creativity during the past 3 years. You sprung into action at a time when so many felt alone and scared to provide us with your warm companionship and persevered despite your own covid nightmare. Let us remember the dozens of free colorwork designs you shared with us to keep us busy and connected. I made a 2-sided pillow out of my squares that sits on my favorite comfy chair and it’s something I treasure. In addition to all this are all your free youtube videos for, as Carlos said, 8 years!! Your explanation of the needed changes is appreciated and you deserve to use your time as best serves your needs. As someone who lost both my parents to steady decline and dementia, I understand your need to be with them as much as possible. Carlos, these difficult visits also will provide some of the sweetest, intimate moments with you and your parents that you’ll cherish forever and will bring them joy and support even if it’s forgotten in 1 minute. You’ll never regret it. Much appreciation to both of you…..you are the best! ❤

You gave us such a great gift during the pandemic; a way for knitters all over the world to work through our Covid anxiety. Anyone having Sit & Knit withdrawal can surely go back and re-view some of your greatest hits. Both my husband and I thoroghly enjoyed our cruise with you last February and we hope to travel with you again some day. You forgot to mention your shop pattern sales; I have purchased enough of these to keep me busy for my lifespan. I hope this format gives you more time to Sit by yourself in your garden.

I preferred TH-cam when people could control their own schedules and videos - and not be dictated to (in reference to all videos, not just you guys). Everything is about clicks now, nothing organic. I'm perfectly happy with what you need to do to manage your time best.
So happy you are still going to be with us! Our trip to Norway was cancelled due to pandemic 2020/21, Looks now like not going to happen, so keeping in touch with you is really wonderful! Have loved your pajama gardening shorts, but mostly enjoy your cooking/handiwork videos! "See you!"

I first found your channel several years ago when I needed knitting help and you were amazingly helpful. I love your tutorials. I've binge watched your tutorials!
I learned to knit from Japanese patterns while living in Japan, and I also use Dale Garn patterns. Now in the USA, I continue using those patterns and yours, and now and then try to influence my friends away from the row by row methods.
Thanks for all your work on these extra videos! I hope your schedule re-shaping goes well and you're able to work with reasonable hours.

My mom turned 99 this year, and she lives in another state, so it can be difficult. I need to be with her, too. Love you both for getting this knitter through the pandemic! 🥰

You Guys - what a brilliant solution you've come up with! You have to do what is best for you! Personally I'm happy with it as it was hard to keep up and keep track. I watched A&C that I was sure of... what the title of the show was?!?Usually didn't have a clue - and really didn't care as you ALWAYS present us mere mortals with interesting and inspirational goodies!

Thank you so much for being there. I found your TH-cam channel during the Pandemic, when you were coming back from a visit in London, so enjoyable and then Carlos got really sick with Covid. I am not a knitter (I crochet) but that does not keep me from watching you and enjoying every episode, especially the cooking ones on Sunday, not to mention the lovely flower garden and view of the lake and the winter sleigh rides, I love it all. I hope you find precious moments with your parents. Look forward to watching more of Arne’s tutorials and thank you for introducing Kate, I loved your visit with her when you walked the Wall. Thank you! Your Christmas balls got me back to knitting just before Covid and then the podcasts were just wonderful all through the isolation and not being able to see our family. Now once a week is still very generous. Many podcasts only update once a month. Love everything you put up and my non-knitter husband enjoys it too. Hope you come to Australia. You guys are the best. Yes we are all family and family takes care of family. We are happy to allow you to do what you need to do for your life and your work. Carlos you need your Mom and Dad and they need you, so I'm happy you will be prioritizing them. I enjoy watching everything you do, seeing all the projects you create, hearing about all the unique Norwegian cultural crafts and seeing those beautiful vintage items. I've also loved your home projects and tours. You've brought joy and education weekly so thank you for that. You've taught me about my Norwegian culture and heritage that I wouldn't know about in any other way (because I live in America). I'm looking forward to seeing you every Sunday from now on. Cheers!

totally sympathize! My husband and I were self-employed for 45 years, mostly doing activist law cases and some computer work for small offices. We now make more money on Social Security than we usually did from our employment. It was very generous of you to share so much of your time. I'm glad you can now concentrate on your design work.

I will miss the 'Pajamas Gardeners' especially because this year our weather was so bad in our part of the UK that I didn't garden much myself. But also because I never knew anyone else besides me to go out in PJs in the early mornings to garden. Love Love Love.
