- Prime Minister employment generation programme is merger of two old schemes namely- Prime Minister Rojgar yojna and Rural employment generation programme.
As the name suggests, this scheme aims at promoting more entrepreneurs in India thus making them self reliant and also enabling the job opportunities for others thus generating more employment opportunities in the country.
This scheme provides range of benefits with maximum 35% subsidy on the project cost to special category applicants residing in rural areas.

Sir we consider that whatever loan given in starting 3 yers, and knock off with subsydy after 3 yrs, so my question is to that extent of subsdy knock off, wheater bank charges interest from customer during the 3 yrs because it is term loan and as per your explanation bank can not charge interest on subsdy to customer
Yeah as per pmegp policy, bank cannot charge interest on loan equivalent to subsidy amount lying with them

You should discuss the PMEGP policy, either they should pay you interest on that subsidy deposit or they should not charge interest over equivalent interest

How much %age of collateral is required to get benefits in PMEGP scheme? Because kai logo ne mention kiya hai ki ye collateral free loan hai
If done in cgtmse then no collateral required otherwise collateral percentage is banks choice
@@AnkushJain bank told me that under pmegp if the loan amount is under 10 lakh then no collateral is required , but if it exceeds then 110% of loan amount ,collateral is required
Yeah this must be their internal policy to not to use cgtmse for PMEGP scheme

But as far as i know cgtmse is only for existing businesses not for new ones . Is there any chance to convince them to cover my pmegp loan under cgtmse?
Cgtmse is also for new business but I guess every bank hesitate to do so including mine. Therefore you can't convince them for this as it is their internal policy compliance

As per pmegp guidelines collateral should be 110%of loan amount.
Now if we as a bank sanction 32.27 lakh of TL and CC , can promoter brings in 16.72lakh of own contribution(which is more than 5% stipulated in pmegp guidelines) and get subsidy on 49.00 lakhs of project cost
No, funding by you will be considered as 95% of project cost and per my view
Sir could you please clarify what is PDD CLOUSRE. Why it is used and where it is used.
This is internal term. PDD are the documents deferral i.e. the docs which were committed for submission prior to disbursement but with specific approval, will going to be submitted post disbursement. Therefore it is important to track them whether they are submitted or not. When they are submitted then pdd is closed

@@AnkushJain sir lekin mera cl aaya tha Orr mujhe se OTP pucha gaya firr....mera pass koi OTP nahi aaya toh maine SBI Bank Manager se baat ki fir manager ne mere mobile. Kuch kia mera samne fir me jhe bola ki aap ager OTP nahi doge toh loan kaisa hoga toh yeh baat sahi thi....
