धन्यवाद मेम, मैरे कुछ सवाल हैं।
1. आम तौर पर बैक 9% पर लोन दे रहे हैं, लेकिन मेरा बैंक इसी योजना के लिए 12% मांग रहा है।
2. वो यह भी कह रहे हैं कि पूरे 10 लाख पर ब्याज वसूला जायेगा... ना कि 35% सब्सिडी घटाकर बची रकम पर।
3. सब्सिडी 3 साल बाद देंगे... और उस दौरान उसपर कोई ब्याज नहीं मिलेगा... ना हि उसे FD माना जायेगा।
मेरा सवाल है... क्या बैंक को 6.5 लाख (10 लाख से सब्सिडी घटाकर) को मूलधन मानकर ब्याज नहीं लगाना चाहिए ? क्या ऐसा करके बैंक इस योजना के नियमों का उलंघन नहीं कर रहे हैं...?

पूरी अमाउंट पर ब्याज देना तो मुझे मेहंगा पड़ रहा है। कृपया मार्गदर्शन दिजिए।

SO at the end this is also a business run by the government, yes they are right why anybody should invest in non viable projects but then why they are promoting the schemes as in a name of general public employment, you don't want to take risk on people, and then we think of competing with silicon valley, rather than this they should simply made a normal scheme in bank that come with your professional business reports, viability of the project, and take the loan, they are really out of their mind, does a normal guy in the rural india really understands how to work on these documents yes i am not saying poeple are illiterate in rural but technicalities like these a professional can understand so this loan is really a loan for professional people not common people.
