I just utilized haerdens merchant, 640 gold a day, and the craftsman hut for another 240. Haerdean is easy, river Reed, shoot down 3 birds on the run there for feathers, they are so easy to get some birds drop 12-16 feathers each, and standard cooked meat for 20g a piece. Sitting at 10,000 after 16 days it's really fast. The fur salesman in Bradford was also decent, but I found boars in shorter supply.
