Thank you! I had a similar install except the camera cable went through the a-pillar and under the steering wheel. I thought that way was easier to access the backup light trigger white/blue wire from the footwell area. The power and the aux wires (I have a stereo and a CarPlay in addition to camera), I tacked in next to left vent above the radio and behind the popped silver vertical panel and into the center console. Btw, I bought the same fuse box as yours, just need to test once more and secure the console. I learned most from your videos. Thank you. Bought the kit form your site. Next stop is the driver’s seat…
Hello! I'm from Kazakhstan, and not long ago I bought a Ford Explorer with exactly the same media system, is it possible to integrate the rear camera directly onto its small screen?
I would say that is a good condition based on the numbers, but it really comes down to how it was serviced and what it looks like under the hood. Mine has 132k miles and 14k hours, which is a ton. However they had the service records and showed me that it had been over serviced, I also got it for about $3600 so hard to say no to. So far it has run great. That being said I have seen some with 70k miles with bad oil leaks and slipping transmissions. You just need to go inspect it or take it to a mechanic.
I’m not too familiar with third-party CarPlay systems but Drive mate has one of those plug-in play things where you can give you CarPlay. It’ll work for any vehicle that has a cigarette port adapter

Thanks for the purchase! I'll get it shipped out today. I'd love to see your setup once it's finished.
@@depolicify I finally made some updates to my 2015 PIU that were worth sharing. I sent you an email.
Do you know how I can get the exterior LED strip of the 2017 Ford Explorer headlight to work?

How would you wire to stereo for monitor that is stereo and back up camera? Want bluetooth and more music capabilites.
Make a video on how to install rear a/c unit
We don't use A/C in Alaska so I probably won't be tacking that one.
Can you install mine for me
I want put mines there but mines don’t got holes there on top dash pieces
What are the miles and hours on your 2013 FPIU? I have found one in my area with 2,500 Idle hours and 86,991 miles, is this a good deal??

Hi, can you put apple carplay there to?
Not with my system, but I'm sure you could
