Ladies who is going through menopause, because the ovaries no longer works your body will start producing high levels of cholesterol which will raise the blood pressure. Red yeast rice and coq10 helps.

Ladies and gentlemen if you haven’t done, I would to recommend a nice yummy smoothie with 3 Ingredients; Celery, pineapple, kale and water, blend in your blender or smoothie blender. I have this smoothie twice in a week as breakfast 😋 and it’s so easy and tasty.
-The other days I have boiled eggs with an avocado toast.
    - Overnight atmeal with water, chia seeds and a chopped apple.
    - egg white omelette with spinach, mushrooms and onions with a cup of cinnamon tea.
    - Egg whites with fruits such as strawberries, blueberries or any of your choice.
    - Overnight oatmeal with banana, sprinkle some cinnamon 😋
It has worked for me. Try it!

Two months ago my physician told me I was on borderline of high cholesterol. So my question is , am I eating in moderation or should I avoid fats completely?

Hi Dr. Frita, Thanks for your informative video. I have high cholesterol and it runs in my family, although I have no other risk factors, don't smoke, exercise regularly, etc.. My question/comment is can you address the flood of information/misinformation on the internet regarding the keto diet/intermitent fasting as regards to controlling cholesterol and weight. They make it sound almost like a certain amount of high cholesterol is good for you because your brain needs fat and that statins lower it too much causing a higher risk for dementia. I'm 66 and probably more worried about dementia, with my age related(?) reduction in brain sharpness and memory with nouns. Anyways, I believe the best odds for making choices is based on scientific research, and facts. But these areas seem grey, and might be drastically different with different people.
