- Changes to family composition
All family members must be examined as part of the e-APR, whether they are accompanying the principal applicant or not. Applicants are instructed to inform IRCC immediately if their family composition has changed (e.g., the birth of a child, marriage, divorce).
Do not worry - if you get married after submitting your PR application, then this change will not lead to your points being recalculated. You also do not need your spouse's language test or ECA.

The biggest trouble seems to be being a Canadian Immigration applicant itself! You have no idea what is going on with your case. You do not know when your case will be approved, neither! And even if you raise a webform about changes, most likely you will only get an auto reply about Afghan crisis.

I applied my file in 2018 and got nothing for 3 years (due to some work and medical issues). Received my COPR mail on 9feb, 2022. I got married on 28nov, 2021. Have informed the ircc regarding the same. Confusion is i have gotten 30 days to submit my passport. Should I submit my passport or wait?
Me and my wife are here in Canada on closed work permit. We had a baby girl 2 months back which is Canadian citizen by birth now. Are we supposed to inform the IRCC about it ?

2. I have been informing IRCC using emails and webforms.
3. They have not opened any placeholder to upload my partner's docs, nor they have asked for any information for my wife.

I want to know what happens to the PR application if the applicant goes to the US to study on an F1 Visa while the application is still in process? Does it negatively affect the application? Does the applicant need to offer IRCC about only the change in address or about the F1 visa as well?

Hi sir, i got married while waiting for ppr. I have already informed ircc about change in my status and to add my spouse to my application. Since my spouse will be accompanying me to canada and submitted all required documents, can i assume that since i have asked ircc to add my spouse to my application, they know my spouse will come with me to canada. thats what hes saying, you have to atleast inform them that you got married, even if you apply for spousal sponsorship after getting there, you have to inform them from here that you got married before getting there
