    Also if I am recieving the funds as a gift from parents, should it be in my account for 6 months.

    Can we apply for federal skilled worker program inside Canada? After a study program or on a work permit? Or Canadian experience class is the only way?

    • @CanadianImmigrationInstitute

      FSWP is 100% possible. You would be considered for all three programs when submitting your Profile into the EE Pool (FSWP, CEC, and FSTP).

    Hi Mark, while filling the Express Entry form, I mistakenly missed out outing my Middle name which is on my International passport. Please, will I be penalised for this and how do I rectify this?

    • @CanadianImmigrationInstitute
      @CanadianImmigrationInstitute 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is no easy fix to this. You could send a CSE and just inform IRCC; however, your passport will clearly mention your full name regardless. It would not hurt to notify IRCC.

    Sir if someone’s points are good means above the minimum points required then does that mean that he will become PR 100% or there are chances of refusal?

    • @CanadianImmigrationInstitute
      @CanadianImmigrationInstitute 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends upon what you mean by points. The FSWP has a pass mark of 67 out of 100. The CRS depends upon the particular round of invitations. If you have the minimum points for the FSWP, then this ONLY means you can submit your Profile in the Express Entry pool. It does not mean that you are 100% guaranteed to get an ITA. Even if you get an ITA, you could have made mistakes in your Profile that lead to getting the ITA in the first place, or you could make errors in your eAPR that lead to refusal.....nothing is guaranteed 100%.

    If express entry application gets rejected ...wht other option is left

    • @CanadianImmigrationInstitute
      @CanadianImmigrationInstitute 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am really sorry this has happened to you. I see this all the time. So many people all over the our online community are trying to promote the fact that Express Entry is so easy you can do it yourself. You don't need any assistance. Well....this is simply not the case...you can ask the multiple people I have consultations with every day who have had their applications refused. In fact, there is not much that you can do. Rarely is the refusal "wrong". In other words, caused by an error of an immigration officer. There error (no matter how small) was typically the fault of the application. IRCC shows no mercy. The only option is to resubmit your EE Profile and hope that the Rounds of Invitations drops to the level you were drawn at (which is often never the case).
      If an officer made an error, then you have to act quickly to file a leave application for judicial review of the refusal in federal court. This process requires a lawyer. If you want to talk it over, you can book a consult via the form on my new website: holthelaw.com/consultation/
      I wish you all the best.

    • @CanadianImmigrationInstitute
      @CanadianImmigrationInstitute 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Legitimate work experience will always be accepted by IRCC. It all comes down to how you prove it. If you have proof to show you actually worked in the position you are claiming and that you meet the minimum requirements of the program for claiming work experience, it doesn't matter whether your boss is your father, or Donald Trump!

      @@AdnanAhmed-et4vm Wonderful. Make sure that you very carefully document your position with an offer letter, job description, pay stubs etc. The key is to ensure you can satisfy these requirements under the FSWP when claiming foreign skilled work experience: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.html

    Hello mark,
    I have submitted my application and inadvertently I have answered “NO” in the statuary questions field for the question if I was refused a visa for any country as it was back in 2010 and I forgot about mentioning this, however I applied for a USA back in 2010 which was not granted to me.
    Can I fill the CSE now and give details along with the supporting documents.??
    Kindly suggest what else can be done to elucidate this issue.
