I love this! I have a MS in psychology and think this information is so helpful. We find travel helps us move more, gives us more intellectual stimulation, a broader perspective and understanding of others. For all the reasons you noted, we think it’s going to be a big positive for our retirement and help us as we age.

So glad to hear that you liked it @erinaustin9968. You were part of my inspiration and I have 1 more video coming. If more viewers seem to be interested I would then love to do more. Sounds like you are definitely living the principles in your own travel. Happy travels!

Thanks for this! Had to smile when you talked about walking in Paris. We were there a few years ago and my boss and his family went to Arcadia in Maine. I thought that my family was such slugs for going to a city instead of a national park. When we returned we talked about how much we walked each day. They walked around 6 miles everyday. So did we!!! Not felt a single pain of guilt again for having an urban vacation. We were every bit as active!
