Nowhere in the world have I seen more beautiful scenery than the UK. Hawaii comes close on the Na Pali coastline but UK is my favorite. We were in the Peak district 2 years ago and was lovely to revisit with you.
lol you two are just so amazing you make me laugh constantly, you are just the perfect match and well when you meet a girl who doesn't care and wears socks and sandals you know you have made it, but no seriously as someone who is very down and can no longer get out the house your video's have truly kept me going in my darkest of times, to see the outside world and different places has been a real life saver, you will never know how much it means to me to be able to follow your journey and to feel part of it, Lauren and you are constantly full of life and she has so many funny ways that makes me laugh as you do also Charlie, anyway a big thank you from a fairly local Ely!
This comment really touched me. Thanks so much for the support Emma and so glad we can bring a piece of our adventures to your home through the vlogs. Keep on smiling and sending you massive hugs! x
Loving your trip to an area that reminds you of Bali or should that be Baali what with a!l those sheep around. Bloody hell £1.50 for each Bakewell tart is daylight robbery. What you save with the free parking you lose in the cake shop. On the subject of cakes It's scone rhymes with John. Have you not heard the joke. What's the world's fastest cake ? Scone. Absolutely loved the vlog with some lovely views. I really appreciate you guys taking the time and effort to make these vlogs. Warrior is purring along like an absolute trooper, you've certainly got a great set up going on. Now Charlie don't quote me on this one but are you sure that was a baby moorhen and not a baby Coot as they are very similar. Take care, Graham.
Haha can always rely on you for a pun or two! Poor old Warrior is going to be tired out after this summer but that's what he's here for right! Oh god, I'm just going to give up on the bird watching and stick to food haha.
Ladybow... as in now. Used to watch the fighter jets doing low level flying over the Derwent Dam as a kid. I often cycled up Wynnats Pass in my youth. I would plan a full day 100 mile route through all that area. Great to see it all through your eyes/-lens. Matlock Bath: used to sail my toy yacht in the paddling pool. Great memories revived. Did you realise how many references to food you made? All permissible, especially the Bakewell Tarts.
Ah love to read these kind of comments! Thanks for watching and glad you could relive a bit of your youth through our vlog. Definitely plenty more to explore in the Peak's but I guess it's only a good thing and means more food haha!
Charlie, Lauren you beautiful people!! I love your videos and the good vibes you're putting out there!!! It's impossible not to smile when I watch your videos, so a huge massive thank you for that! Stay safe and be well! Lots of love 💚
Ah love to hear this. Thanks so much and so glad you get positive vibes from the videos. Really enjoyed documenting our travels a bit more in depth through TH-cam!
Ladybower used to be a village that they flooded to make the Reser. You can see bits sticking out of the water when it's low. Winnatts pass is like being on another planet. We love it. Lucky for us a short drive or cycle to get there. 👍
Nice your on my doorstep now!when some normality resumes there's a boat trip in a flooded lead mine in Castleton an amazing place to visit and have the tour! Lovely to see you guys enjoying it up here ☺️
I had a lot of fun watching the two of you on your little explore of the Peak District! Those fish were huge! Charlie I wouln't worry too much about how you word things ie here's the setup. Ms. Lauren I died laughing when you lifted your shorts to show your sunburn! You two are never boring that's for sure. Many thanks! Mark in Colorado where there are some peaks that are over 14,000 feet.
Thanks a lot for the lovely comment Mark! Really appreciate the support and would love to come and vlog/scale some of those Colorado mountains sometime haha.
Loved this and gave me a proper blast from the past. Before moving to Cornwall, Bakewell was my stomping ground. Matlock Bath has a petrifying Well where objects left for long enough appear to turn to stone! I'm a pudding fan over tarts ❤ Go Lauren with her tan line! Eyam is worth a visit, the plague village that quarantined its self.
Aww really! Oh wow, this is the first time we've heard of that. We must visit if we go back. Oooh we didn't try the pudding but defo next time. Thanks so much for the recommendation too x
I think I have just binge watched all of your vlogs...like a really good box set! You two are a breath of fresh air and offer inspiration to so many I am sure. Great energy, great fun, great lifestyle. Watching these has made me re-evaluate whats important in life and pushed my thoughts on to owning a van some day soon. Really good to see you enjoying the Peak District too, which is one of my local'ish go to places for an adventure. Keep up the great work, looking forward to the next instalment already.
Haha love to hear it, thanks so much David! Aw 100%, that's so rewarding to hear the way it's made you think. Love the Peaks and will definitely be back at some point to explore some more of the area!
Fab vlog! I've been to Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham. Nice seeing it again. That hike you did! Amazed you got away with one blister! Fab views though.
Hiya Charlie and Lauren, Great hike. Beautiful views. I love all the food you cook. Always great content. Loving catching up on your adventures. Big fish. That is shocking the price of the Bakewell. Wow. The number of padlocks on that bridge. Thank you for sharing.
Hey Nicky! Thanks for going back and watching all of our videos! Haha loved the Peak District but will definitely be buying our bakewells from Tesco moving forward!
Lovely and fun vlog with lots of laughs, and smashingly beautiful scenery, with the two best tour guides ever! I’ve never had the pleasure to visit the Peak District on my travels through England, so thank you. ✌🏻💛😎🇨🇦
Loved this vlog ❤ you guys are living my dream ngl. Love the Peaks. You will have to go back to Bakewell as you missed the chance to get a Bakewell pudding with cream. Bakewell tarts are the rip off version. Hot pudding is far superior 😍
Scone like 'gone'... but I was born and bread in the North East 🙌 I think Lauren's explanation of the reservoir's plug hole and the need for rescue has just given me nightmares for the next week at least! 😲
Loving your trips, I am just binge watching after a stressful day at work and I actually feel like I have had some mini breaks. Thankyou for sharing your experiences. You look like you have the best time and your van is fantastic and so cosy.
We went up there few years back in winter in our camper.. First thing in cold winter lake District morning,I'm out looking at helvellyn & hear a loud rustling coming from some bushes, all of a sudden out burst this monstrous creature with huge great horns. I screamed, ran backto the camper, jumped in,looked round at this monster through our camper window, and there, stood in the mist was a sheep, bleating . & those massive horns? Were his ears.. lolz😂..
Loving the videos, just started wild camping ourselves and watching your videos is very inspiring and funny, nearly caught up and we’ll be gutted as we’ve been viewing them on an evening and loved em, carry on what your doing and peace out 🤙
Lovely to see this view of the Peak District. It's so different than from the "narrowboat view" of the other vloggers. It's beautiful country for sure.
Loved it! Fun,funny, happy days! The van is an awesome home away from home, too cute. Since I’m in the US I love your trips round the English towns and countryside. Just beautiful as are you two free spirits.❤️❤️
You guys are so inspirational. I’ve been binge watching and you are totally mirroring my life journey. It’s amazing to see you both doing this at such a younger age than me. All the best lovelies ☮️💯
We're new to the camper vanning and just done a 9 night up in Scotland and a 2 night in Wales. Used to live in Buxton and Bakewell was 'my patch' in a previous job. Got a quite week next week so thanks for the idea of what to do with it. I'm slowly getting the hang of the vlogging thing (I'm more of a photographer) but it's a great way to remember what you've done.
Aww amazing! That sounds cool. We absolutely loved Bakewell! Yes we always say that too, it's a really nice thing to look back on because we also can't always remember everything and everywhere we visit. Take care xx
Great video! You hit all the good spots, we love the Peak District and spend most weekends there it’s beautiful. Would love to do it in a van like you guys!
I live in Texas, as teenagers we would go out to my friends ranch with our shotguns. The cow patties once dried make great targets. One of us would pick one up and throw it like a frisbee, the other person would shoot it. Oh and never ever shoot a fresh one lol.... it tends to come back on you.
I was at Ladybower Reservoir the day before you, impressive place, just behind where you were was free toilets. Also a great walk around that water quite high. Also buy yourselves walking boots, your feet will thank you later in life, walking on stones etc in trainers is not recommended.
@@CharliePauly welcome guys well if ur up this end do Loch lomond shores ardentinny oban Fort William much more guys use will love it and if use get stuck just give me a shout more and welcome to help out loving this vlogs and definitely must say use pair are made for each other keep the great content coming stay safe guys ❤️🏴
Love my backyard. Any place that has names such as the Devils Arse and a village called Shatton can not be bad. Mam tor is an iron age hill fort. Caves everywhere and the most stunning rugged scenery. Easy walk as my 3 legged dog has hopped all over that part of the peaks.
Glad I subbed you guys..just catching up on your videos..every single upload is so interesting, you both feed off each other, excellent editing.very entertaining to watch..few beers, settle down to watch a few more :)
Great Vlog again guys. We leave for the Highlands on Friday, can't wait. I'm on Lauren's side though. Think of a traffic 'cone', now put an 'S' in front. It has to become Scone, not Scon. To say 'scon' is posh and shows a lack of simple English, LOL. It all comes down to dialect and where you come from. At the end of the day, it's a plain or fruity, cakey bun thing that goes well with jam and cream. Oh God. Jam on first or cream ? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha brilliant. Don't get us started on the jam or cream argument. We always go cream first! Thanks for the support as always guys and best of luck wit the highlands trip!
It's my first time viewing your channel guys, and you have an instant sub. That was one of the most enjoyable travel vlogs I've seen so far on youtube, your enthusiasm is totally infectious, and you seem to be such lovely people. As for the north of England itself, it is absolutely stunning, and heaven for anyone who loves the outdoors. Looking forward to your next adventure, and all the best.
Ah thanks so much Martin, that's so nice to hear! Definitely agree with the North of England statement and we're planning out our next adventures up there as we speak!
We toured that area a couple of years ago, I walked up the remains of the old Mam Tor road. You can see it on my channel. Matlock Bath was rather unusual with all those fish and chip shops fighting for your custom. We will be going back there later this year but I am not sure if that will be before or after Cornwall and Devon. I like your videos, I just wish I had your energy. Your van is pretty good for stealth parking but if it was mine I would have the proper windows in the back doors as I like to be able to see out when parked up.
Lovely watching you where I live. Bakewell is famous for the Bakewell pudding which is very different to the Bakewell tart. If you can try one of those.
Hi guys Oh wow what a fabulous place you have been visiting. We have been through the Peak District a few times on our way to Cumbria. Such wonderful views Glad you had fun Love Kim x x
Hey, came across your channel recently and loving your content. So refreshing to watch you guys, would you pick up the unusual places to stay series again? Also your Mr and Mrs gameshow was hilarious. X
Thanks a lot Kate! Welcome aboard. Definitely going to line up some more Unusual Hotels this summer with accommodations reopening! Glad you're enjoying the content! x
Great video, visited some of our favourite places. Matlock bath is our all time favourite though. If you go again Cromford canal park for night just up the road is perfect. It’s a scone until you eat it and then it’s scon 😂
Love u two . New to ur vlogs they were recommended to me so pleased I clicked on 🙂 ...How to holiday without getting off my sofa ,I can smell the fresh air 😂😂 .
Great vlog. Ouch!! Lauren, the things that happen to us women when we squat for a wee, I got attacked my ants on our walk in Hexham (Northumberland) last week 🤣😂 We are off to the Lakes in 2 weeks, staying at Hillcroft, Pooley Bridge, I saw you stayed there, we love it. Beautiful views of the Peak District...thank you 🙂 xx
Haha for goodness sake! Maybe there's a reason most women stick to toilets! Aw enjoy Hillcroft for us, we'll be back up there at some point this summer I'm sure! Cheers guys! x
@@CharliePauly we need a clever portable loo invention for us ladies 😂🤣 Have you visited the Northumberland coastline, it is beautiful, lots of castles with lots of history and amazing views 😊
There's some Highland Cows in Little Easton near Dunmow and also some one the road to Bradwell Waterside, both in Essex and both have some lovely walks/countryside near by 😁
Hi Charlie and Lauren, love the videos, it making me want to buy a camper and go travelling. Regarding your scone question, it’s a posh scone before you have eaten it and it’s a scone (Gone)when you have finished it, Hope that make sense 😂😂. Keep up the great videos, loving them 😄👍🏻
I love your blogs. You visit these places on a shoestring budget. I have just returned from the Peak District but became fed up with the parking charges. £1.60 per hour to visit local Derby park.
I should really appreciate where I live was looking for a film that's ment to be filmed at peak district apparently and stumbled across your channel glad I did stay safe stay blessed
Pair of nutty poms, pair of fruity scones. Scone rhymes with pom, problem solved. For future scone pronunciation we will have to remember that Charlie & Lauren are nutty poms 😁 As Del Boy would say up there for thinking, down there for dancing but obviously that's the other way round if you're from down under 🤗
Hi guys, love your vlogs. Check out Patrick Dickenson’s vlogs of that plug hole. He does one in full flood and even goes inside it when the level is low.
This has to be the happiest channel on youtube. Loves these vids around the uk. 👍

Absolutely! Thanks a lot Alan!
Hi guys
Oh wow what a fabulous place you have been visiting. We have been through the Peak District a few times on our way to Cumbria. Such wonderful views
Glad you had fun
Love Kim x x
Hey Kim, thanks for watching! It really is a beautiful part of the country isn't it!x
Glad you're enjoying the content! x
Good job very interesting with great scenic views and interesting town visit.
Thank you very much!
Thanks guys 😊
Our pleasure!
So happy you enjoyed the Peak District.
It's so good! One of my favourite places in the UK.
Great video, visited some of our favourite places. Matlock bath is our all time favourite though. If you go again Cromford canal park for night just up the road is perfect. It’s a scone until you eat it and then it’s scon 😂
Haha brilliant! The Peak District is so beautiful isn't it, can't wait to get back and explore some more this summer!
Love u two . New to ur vlogs they were recommended to me so pleased I clicked on 🙂 ...How to holiday without getting off my sofa ,I can smell the fresh air 😂😂 .

Nice down to earth vlog. Surprised you didn't stop at Wetherspoons Buxton for dinner
Haha thanks Julian! I'm surprised we didn't too to be fair!
Most enjoyable 2 watch .. I've just converted a transit custom van and we heading off soon on our adventure v soon :)
Ah sounds great! Good luck!
Great vlog.
Shewee for women peeing dock leaves for stings
There's some Highland Cows in Little Easton near Dunmow and also some one the road to Bradwell Waterside, both in Essex and both have some lovely walks/countryside near by 😁
Aww thanks so much for the recommendations xx
Lovely vlog thanks for sharing was wonderful to watch xx
Thanks so much for watching Jackie x
You guys are literally my favourite 🤩 💛
Aw thanks so much Helen! x
Hi Charlie and Lauren, love the videos, it making me want to buy a camper and go travelling. Regarding your scone question, it’s a posh scone before you have eaten it and it’s a scone (Gone)when you have finished it, Hope that make sense 😂😂. Keep up the great videos, loving them 😄👍🏻
Haha do it Tom! Haha brilliant, makes complete sense and glad you're enjoying the vlogs!
Hey you two, stumbled onto you, love the vlog
Awesome! Thank you!
What a great couple! Love the videos
Thanks so much!
Ha 😁 we parked in Mam Tor just a couple of weeks ago. Great view. And yes, we had chocks 👍 Love that park up
Haha great shout with the chocks! Beautiful place to camp up.
Awesome vlog. Don’t believe I’m looking at vans now. Lol.
Haha we will take no responsibility for any money leaving your account!
Stunning part of the country. Have you tried Almond butter spread? 👌
No never tried Almond butter spread! Will have to chuck some in the van!
Cable car 28 quid a ride, bit of a rip of when you used to be able to walk up and use the Castle pub
I love your blogs. You visit these places on a shoestring budget. I have just returned from the Peak District but became fed up with the parking charges. £1.60 per hour to visit local Derby park.
Love to hear this Denise, we always try and do things as cheaply as possible without driving ourselves insane haha.
I should really appreciate where I live was looking for a film that's ment to be filmed at peak district apparently and stumbled across your channel glad I did stay safe stay blessed
Love this! Thanks so much dude!
I wish you went round the corner to get a bakewell pudding way better
There's always next time haha!
New subscriber here and watching all the way from Bohol, Philippines 😊❤❤❤
Ahh no way! We love Bohol. Such a small world, thanks for the support!
@@CharliePauly you're welcome 😘
Venture further afield and come across to Guernsey. We will look after u guys 👍
Would love to. Will add it to the list!
Brilliant video thankyou loved it all xxx
Thanks so much! x
Try a bakewell pudding instead of a tart there amazing
We must try that next time!!!
As we’d say down under just a pair of “nutty poms”. Your cracking me up!
Pair of nutty poms, pair of fruity scones. Scone rhymes with pom, problem solved. For future scone pronunciation we will have to remember that Charlie & Lauren are nutty poms 😁 As Del Boy would say up there for thinking, down there for dancing but obviously that's the other way round if you're from down under 🤗
@@grahamball7243 yep we dance on our heads makes us smarter lol
Haha we'll take it! Glad you're enjoying the vlogs!
Mission Impossible was filmed at Ladybower they used that plug hole for when Tom Cruise jumped into it
Niceee! Love a fun fact!
Hi guys, love your vlogs. Check out Patrick Dickenson’s vlogs of that plug hole. He does one in full flood and even goes inside it when the level is low.
Cheers Allan! Wow sounds scary but great haha!
2:50 how much you love Bali or Barley?
Haha Bali!
Sorry Losa, I go with Charlie, scon not scone, jam first then cream, ace. Great vlog guys xx
Haha cheers Roger! Sounds great!
Dartmoor for the highlands!! 🐂
Nice thanks!
Hey guys. Liked your vlog again! So with regards to the Scone........how do you say it? Well replace the T in Stone with a C and there you have it! 😂
Thanks a lot Paul! Haha love to see how people are getting their pronunciation across in the comments!
Try Dove Dale. Another pretty place to go.
Thanks for the tip!
Brilliant thank you will defo be going
Love to hear this! Thanks for the support!
Absolutely beautiful guys!! If you can’t escape reality and be humbled by them views then what’s the point haha..brilliant vid as always 👍
Couldn't agree more! Cheers Aaron!
