My name is Albeli Ritu and I love telling stories. When I was a little girl all I wanted was to do something creative and different. I didn't have the courage to do it for the last 27 years but finally, I have decided to be the hero of my own story. I came to the US in 2018 December and from 2019 I am sharing my journey as a TH-camr in America. I make travel and lifestyle videos in Hindi from America. I recently moved to London, UK and I am very excited to share my experiences and the whole journey with you. If you like this video don’t forget to subscribe.

Oh Ritu!!I You have stirred my emotions.I can relate to all the points you have mentioned in your vlog.I too came to the US with my grown up children who are well settled in their jobs now but initial months were not that easy. Moreover the emotional turmoil & loneliness one goes through makes life difficult here.
really incredible information for me. thank you so much for providing this information. i am your a big follower
I d9nt understand why we say loneliness and food. We came by choice and we indian expect that other should accept indian food and culture then why we should not. Stop stop saying loneliness and all that. I am very happy as i made decision to be in usa. Usa is very very welcoming country
Why not ? ...it's a fact that we miss our home cooked food n people.but clearly that's not our priority n that is y we move out.but there is no wrong in accepting the same
Recently I have seen many You-tube videos that are anti-usa. They get more views when they talk negative about USA. Many indians start saying "we are so happy in India blah blah"... May be the You-tuber gets more views and money when he thrashes USA. USA is a great country. Nobody writes positives of USA because these TH-camrs have not lived here long enough to compare the 2 countries in a right way! What do they mean by loneliness is very surprising to me. Are they referring to not seeing enough Indian people on each street? Isn't that known before they come here??
@@fasminakasim9297 yaa you are right
not everyone is robot
The people that complain about USA keep coming back again and again until they get a green card and then they stop complaining. I am saying this with my own observation of indians here in USA. Of course food habits are different in every country, we can always cook Indian food at home and there are tons of Indian restaurants around. Some people want US dollars as paycheck and also want roadside panipuri, a matured person knows these two are not a combination in USA.
You both are such positive and honest persons....God bless you bachcho...
Thank You so much Ritu & Prashant for this lovely video.. God bless you guys..
All the effort and hardship you guys went through, it is becoming a learning lesson for us all. Thank you for the tips.❤

Very nice couple. I don't want to migrate to US but I just like listening to your talk. Yes, I have visited the US once and I have a multiple entry visa but no, I am happy in India.
Good content Mam
God bless u both❤
Luckily I stay in North Carolina and throughout the year it is pleasant.
Ultimate
will be great if you start comparing UK experience as well
So relatable 😢
What you have mentioned are routine & not challenges. Check for local transport if dont have car
Every place has it's own other side of the coin. A new place always full of struggle but fortunately , these days a lot of our own people are already there who are helpful to the newcomers.
Ritu rani ❤❤, subscribe ker rakha hai
Hi Ritu and Prashanth, you both are very intelligent and lovely couple and thank you so much for the wonderful Information about US and its very useful to everyone and appreciate your simplicity in sharing the things so frankly and loved the vlog, life is tough in foreign countries, take care, ❤ Radhika
Thanks Radhika for watching:)
@@AlbeliRitu welcome dear, take care
Hi Ritu,
You create good blogs ..you talked about pros to live in USA.
Can you please share that as well?
Nice vlog do make a vlog on why people decide to stay back
Despite all these challenges still everyone wants to move abroad aur koi wapas nahi aana chahta. These days ek hod lagi hui hai bahar jaane ki usa or canada
Bhat to sahi hai
This is actually sad and depressing . Why leave your country and live in foriegn country like refugees? India has very good weather. Every single person I know want to create debt and go to US for study. Work like slave and pray to obtain green card.
Very right 👍 bacche parents ki 50 ke karib Vali life main loans aur akelapan bhugatne ke liye chale jate hai
People say are yaar 1 crore ka package hota hai ...loan toh one year main complete ho jati hai
Loan khatam kareke bacche unko tax 30 % Dene ke liye ruk jate hai ...aur freedom is the main reason
@Komal Shah apko ana padega ...lifestyle is so high...everything is very good ... for ur kids future and if u want pollution free environment ,u should come here...
@@hashtagtanu487 I have been to US. I spent six years there. Gain experience and came back . True US has quality infrastructure. Like India US too has very high crime rate. poverty and drug induced violence. India is much better and safe place.
Best video
nice 😊
Regarding creating credit history once you get your SSN you can apply for secured credit cards by Capital One Bank or Discover. After paying on time for like six months you can get your money back that you paid upfront and your credit score and history will be good after 9-12 months
❤
There are apps that deliver Indian groceries with nominal monthly subscription.
9:30 10:45 exactly matching with my current situation. Having 7 years of IT background in India but in current situation from last 4 months I’m struggling to get a job in my location. 😢

Thank you for wonderful videos. Especially your interview with people about USA India experience and group meeting. How do you handle the guilt of leaving parents in India?
Didi I missing London vlogs🥺 London is favourite❤, because of London only I had started watching your vlogs
America has always welcomed immigrants from world over since last 250 years or maybe even earlier. Different ethnicities at different times mass migrated to USA in search of better opportunities. These ethnicities enriched the culture of NA and today we are able to enjoy various cultures and diversity in NA thanks to the immigration friendly nature of America. It is rare to find a location in the world that is more friendly to immigrants. Majority of immigrats are able to easily adapt to American way of life which is indeed very very diverse. Travelling within America is as good as travelling the whole world. Some parts are predominantly British, some more Italian, others are Spanish inclined and now we have some portions that are Indian/Chinese/South Asian influenced. Hope you find your sweet spot here.
From where do you by basic essentials like toiletries, kitchen essentials and bedding stuff

Hi Ritu
Can you share your some feedback, do's and don'ts with 2 year old kid as I need to move in Ohio if you suggest something it will be really helpful for us
Do subscribe her. I live in USA many decades and I travel a lot. I am US citizen but I love to watch RItu at times on my rides to the NY city as I work in the city. She is very honest in her experience and I do recommend her to new comers.I mentor young teens in my free time as a volunteer and I know she talks about many useful things. Whoever comes to USA, they all have to pay their own set of struggles. Now, it is much better than 80s 90s, I felt homesick for many years but now I call myself balanced IndoAmerican and I feel Ritu's feelings. New comers should never forget that the indians who came in start of immigration they paved a road for new comers esspecially INdians. Our Indian culture is quite diffrent than European, Asian and Middle Eastern Cultures and Values.
😀
love you
I came to US in Feb 2023 and I literally think yarr kahan aa gyi😅
