keep the kids out of it | stop pushing gender and sexuality labels on the younger generation

This may be a bit of a controversial video, but I have decided to put it out there what I really think about what is currently taking place in North America as I find it to be detrimental to the self-concept of our youth. I believe that gender and sexuality and the identification with a certain orientation or gender should be left up to the child once they are an adult. I believe children should feel free to explore their identity without the influence of adults who mostly project their own insecurities and traumas onto young minds. In this video I use children's literature to exemplify our tendencies to project our egos onto children and the downfalls it has had for centuries including the mainstream narrative surrounding gender today.
