Hi .. thanks for watching and we are glad that you are enjoying the videos.. the cake tin is lined with butter or oil coating the tin and then flour tipped on the oil/butter so that it coats the tin.. or you could use baking paper instead. (We didn’t have baking paper) We loved every minute of our trip and are happy that others like yourselves are enjoying it too.. Cheers Matt and Janelle 👍
