We stayed there in May this year for 2 nights and loved it there. Amazing sunsets and sunrises and the bird life is amazing too.
Hello I enjoyed your video and seeing the wetlands stunning visuals. Stay safe out there.
Thank you - thanks for watching!
Actually just checked our pictures from when we were there in May and we camped nearly in the same spot.
Yes, it’s a special place that’s for sure. Thanks for watching!
Great video Debbie and Richard, you both looked like you were soaking up the tranquility. Were the birds noisy at first light?
Hi Colin, we had a great time there. The birds weren't noisy at all.
Great vid, what time of year were you there.
@@russellwyborn3667 Thank you Russell. We were at Lara Wetlands in mid May 2024.
Sorry, I meant to write 2023!
Are they powdered sites or do you have to be self contained
There's no powered sites so you do have to be self contained. There is drinking water there but no water hookups. There are showers and toilets there as well as a dump point.
@aussietravelgold4873 ok thank you 😊
@@aussietravelgold4873 And you can run your grey water hose onto a tree but not into a waterway apparently?
Lovely place
