The presenter is at the top of his game, you can see it in the way he presents and in the accuracy of his words. Wow, many have viewed you! Again, Paul, as your other talks, very well done. Nice balance--both personal and professional, health and business, a little history of the subject too. I know it is a sensitive area but I hope you will find a way to introduce to your audience the thought that control of access to psychedelics by governments is immoral and should be considered such. And that one of the main awakenings psychedelics should give is that no one has the right to rule another but only the might. Therefore, all governments based on might should not be morally condoned but rather condemned. Keep up the good work for the potentially freeing substances for the mind!

@@karine8738 Hi Karina. Yes Golden teacher is a psychedelic mushroom. CBD oil is cannabadiol oil that doesn't have THC so I can take that in the morning. Best to shop around though as quality varies a lot. I found the non isolate form the best for me but again it depends on source. A good dose of lions mane every day is fantastic. The other medicine that helped me way more than antidepressants is 5HTP. I highly recommend that. During the day it will give you more serotonin but at night it will naturally convert to more melatonin so great for sleep. Again sources will vary. Lions mane & 5htp are readily available on the net and healthfood shops. Muccuna Puriens is also great for dopamine but dont over do that one as you will naturally down regulate if you take too much. Look them up, a lot of info. Best of luck Karina. Peace.

The question is: how does one get "the real stuff"? Usually, darkweb markets would be great and trustworthy sources for any substance (in terms of purity), but with the recent events including shutdowns of several markets by the law enforcement, who do we turn to now? I have found that microdosing on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is really powerful. I microdosed for 4 days and fell back in love with a job I was giving up on. So crazy, but microdosing is powerful. I can't wait to trip on 3.5 grams.

As someone who sastained a traumatic brain injury from a automobile accident 30yrs ago who also suffers with chronic depression. Since childhood ive been on several different antidepressants .
I recently started microdosing psilocybin ive noticed some signific changes with my cognitive process and my chronic depression.

I have moderate depression and started microdosing . I cut my anti-depressants in half and would not do that again. I crashed hard. I still have faith in mushrooms for inner revelation but unfortunately cannot put complete faith in microdosing.
I don’t think all ppl microdosing are happily content or they wouldn’t be microdosing. There is a difference between moderate depression and being all consumed with depression, and yes for those ppl psychedelics wouldn’t necessarily be a good match. I know for myself how it has helped and it seems like a positive thing for me personally.
@@sedunk7511 The success rate for aiding with depression is not 100% on these substances, nor are they very long-term either. The effects negate depression, PTSD, anxiety, etc for only ~6 months.
If I have to take a substance every 6 months as opposed to every day I’d be willing to do that.

I've had experience with psychedelics for around forty years on and off and don't claim any particular knowledge because of it. I do believe that there are a lot of benefits to be had from microdosing but this guy is selling, key word "selling" it as a cure-all for everything, which it's not. Do your research and proceed accordingly.
Man is selling $127 30-minute skype sessions to teach people how to microdose lmaoo. Ripping people off using basic knowledge. All the knowledge he presented is basic.
I have no problem with him educating people with basic knowledge but charging $127 for basic knowledge and procedure is ridiculous. Him being treated like he's special and getting interviews is ridiculous too he's just a guy spreading basic knowledge.

What you are suggesting takes an enormous amount of time and effort. It’s quite easy to do your own research. Start with typing into google the words “Imperial College London psychedelic research”
He doesn't cite references on many things because there aren't any. Most of his claims are either exaggerated or made up.
That quote at 14:00 . I doubt that he would exceed 6 doses a month as the tolerance, especially LSD, would bring about a dramatic experience with repeated use.
I️ microdosed for 3 times. 2 weeks each time and I️ developed psychosis. Don’t take this if you’re not mentally stable or haven’t found yourself yet. It will cause a lot of confusion if you overthink and over analyze.

yea, I see this in context to psychedelics usage back in the day as counterculture. seeing guys in suits dropping acid doesn't mesh.
I heard him speak about using micro dosing to increase focus and being in the moment, giving him a boost in productivity to finish his goals and be satisfied with the end result. It just so happens that his personal interest and passion is business. You can change that passion to anything and his message will still be relevant.
I think he needs the leaders to promote the idea, hence the pulling of the strings..

"The whole point of technology is to do less work". I really like what this guy says, but we have to watch that Microdosing doesn't elevate the rat race to a 'higher' level. As money is behind everything, this is a real danger. Technology always leads to MORE work. I'm really for it though. The problem is other people who like to control.
Yea that's what worries me a bit about this whole thing. It seems like in a way he's promoting another technology with all the promise in the world but just to use it to work more. That's not really what psychedelics have ever been about or should be about.

You don't seem to realize that it makes you see the commonality in all people and want to do what's best for the whole. These are drugs that always make me want to be a better person and do what's best for everyone. Sometimes that's why I do them; to remind me.

That comment is rooted in old paradigm. With the advantages of microdosing (or maybe full dosing), you should be able to see that we are all expressions of the same consciousness and in a way, you are your boss. You should be able to raise the bar for yourself and everyone you know.

People respond very differently to different medicines and drugs. What is beneficial to one person may have adverse effects to another. It would have been great of someone asked him questions like "who should *not* do this?" and "what are the downsides?". After all, most drugs have side-effects.

The problem is that the illegal status of these drugs prevent countries to make better and more investigations on the downside effects.
This We don t know why 0.2% of the people react negatively to the substances.
Knowing that would increase the safety of the usage by advertising the risks for specific group of person.

You really cant micro dose every day... your tolerance would be too high to gain any effects from repetitive dosing. I do agree with being able to micro dose 2-3 times a week. But any more than that is a waste imo.
I know this was 2 years ago but he needs to work with Dr. Paul Stamets if he’s not already doing so. He has stated that the limited use of cybicilin can reset neural pathways that have been set through anxiety. I personally haven’t done any psychedelics since 1993 but it might be high time to try. And speaking as a parent of a teen with crippling anxiety, I’m not of the old mentality that all drugs are bad and might even help our mental well being.

@@karine8738 I don't know personally. In the US it is still a schedule 1 drug most everywhere except Denver and Oregon, I think, which limits the research. There are some trials at universities but they're far and in between with limited openings.
Further, while I think microdosing could help my daughter's anxiety, there is a chance that she reacts badly to it which means it would need to be medically supervised. I know the first time I personally was a little anxious but I had what they call a hero's dose and had no real supervision. Second time I was alone and are an entire bag. I was fine, a tad nervous when I went into public, but I tended to fight it rather than go with it. That is not the best way and a chalk it up to youth as opposed to lower doses and accepting the trip. I'd be afraid she might treat it like I did I'd she self medicated and just have 4 hours of a breakdown.

It is a comparison between how things are with how things might or should be. The only way to consider your current state as less than desirable is to compare it with some other state. If you are completely present, that won't happen. My tendency is to dwell on all the fucked up shit in the world. Microdosing helped me continue to acknowledge the fucked up shit without dwelling on it and helps me find creative ways to make a difference. All that fucked up shit that I would dwell on was functionally a construct of my imagination anyway and I'm far better off just being present and dealing with whatever is going on as it happens. I'd say it's a fixation on being some other way than the way you are.
