Great work mate. I’d given up on the Bay recently because of the overcrowding. I’ve only been able to get out on weekends lately and it’s a nightmare at the ramp, the yakka spot and most of the decent kingy spots. Breaks my heart to see well-undersized rats being thrown into hidey holes on boats, too. The new scourge is the fishing jet ski! Might have to get out soon to make me feel better after that one point loss to the chooks! Tight lines mate.
That’s actually horrible regarding keeping the undersize kings, not sure what makes people so shortsighted that they don’t see how they’re harming the fishery. If I were you I’d not hesitate to take down their rego and report them, it’s not a small thing to be keeping juvenile rats when their such a valued species here
