shoutout to the Kidd captain who got stuck against a Smaland-Sherman div and not only survived but also very effectively countered one of the most dangerous radar DDs... with Fletcher guns.
Kidd is a damn strong dd.

9:27 SPOT ON COMMENT, its either when some1 lost patience, OR even worse, when one by one are pushing and teammates watching them beeing focused and hammered, and if you are that ship beeing hammered, they ALWAYS send message "GET BACK" when its too late.
It might not get the most upvotes, but I'd love to see vanguard, which I think is underrated.
I love my Tromp, I can't stress enough how pissed people get when you play this ship, 150mm that can cit minos, narrow torps, 5,9km detec range and a good, albeit small, air drop it's so freaking funny
I admit as an enemy DD of the Tromp, if this thing hides or survives, good luck with that

Boise/Julio would be cool to see. I have a great time burning down BB’s and nuking dd’s in it. The range limitation can be difficult
I just don't have enough games in Tromp to know whether I like it or not. We may also find that the airship escort being introduced into "Random" battles as a gamemode (next patch) will change the dynamics somewhat. If you don't push in that mode (at least to some extent), it's a guaranteed loss. I don't know if you've done this, but I don't remember a ship request on the Repulse, the first of the Brit BC to come into the game.

I love this ship. This thing is a monster in Ranked and Clan Battles. Making island humping Petros and Stallins rage as they take 100k burn damage is always fun. I’ve also managed to bomb a couple poor Marceaus for like 13k.
Watching this gameplay of how the enemy team is playing is why I usually just do co-op on bots. So much fun just driving head on into some bots and not worrying about people playing a defensive game.

I basically hard built into the airstrikes and torpedos
You dont get a lot of torps, but they hit surprisingly hard and are pretty quick! Mix it up with the airstrikes, and you basically just annoy the ever loving shit out of BBs and CAs as you stay juuuuuuust out the detect range, and slowly flood and fire them to death. Being so close with such quick torps makes it surprisingly easy to just keep getting torps and floods going, and the airstrikes are more or less a guaranteed fire every time.
It's a shockingly effective ship in ranked, and tends to be underestimated frequently.
Oh; And the AP may not be elbing levels good, but its close - if you can play this like a smokeless elbing that has fast torps and an airstrike, you'll be having a riot.
HE is also good though. Like starting fires with that combined with airstrikes and torps.
Despite you wanting more pushing, it's impossible to actually make this viable. People naturally want to push, so if you reward it, people will run it down hard. This scenarios leads to even more blowouts which is already a significant issue with the game, so enhancing it would completely ruin the gameplay experience. It's unfortunate, but it's not really possible to promote things such as brawling while also advocating for even moderately healthy gameplay.
P.S.: Once we get a Dutch battleship, it's going to be amazing. Tromp suffers from its airstrike penetration and the lack of destroyer airstrike skills.
Would love to see the F.Sherman again! Full gun build if possible, and try to get 3x reload on arms race + halsey reload buff + adrenaline rush ^^. Love the videos and keep up the work legend!

I think it's better to use the air strikes on slower moving targets than the DDs.
When I play the Eendracht, I am not fully focused on using air strikes, more looking for opportunities to use them. Like on campers or BBs.
Btw, from T7 and up, Dutch DDs and cruisers have some proper AA ;-)

The game is in awful shape. Almost all games are boring. CVs and subs punish any sort of aggressive play. It’s telling the majority of your damage came from air strikes in a DD…….what the actual F!??

I find most of the "good" players do exactly the thing you describe. They just wait for people to push in which leads to really boring/stale gameplay.

Tromp is totally amazing, the strongest ship in the world. It has at least 16 16" guns and some of the best pilots in the country. Apply applicable accent/impersonation

the 3 torps per side really kind of limit my willingness to build into them. yeah the reload is nice, but you're not really getting enough for any more skill points. I prefer building into health, guns and airstrikes.
i would Love to see the Riga, i preffer her much over Petro from Looks and Gameplay, she isnt that Tanky but for me just slaps different

This ship can be so much fun to play. The 3 (4) types of weapons plus it's concealment, certainly due to it's airstrikes, makes it very-very strong late game. Also the torps are more useful than they seem at first.
9:50 this is why I like Brawl & Ranked. You don't see that Passive style.
This is the only ship of 600 that i run swift in silence on. Its extremely valuable for this thing

tromp is full memery, it's good because of the flex, yeah you did 250k in a bourgogne, yay wow dmg wow... But 150k in a tromp? that's something, besides, the gameplay is so different that no other ship in the game will provide you a DD with aidrops :) get it for the unique and fun of it
Honestly... both, Tromp is a dmg farming beast that makes BBs cry on quad perma fires. Brisbane is the boogey man for DD players with its 1km+ stealth radar
