This is an awesome look into this Absolute Edition. I know you owned the unwrapped version of this story but I was wondering if you owned the noir version as well. I know you said that you sold your tpbs but I thought maybe you might have kept those.

+earl grey Looks amazing! I have the USA Gladstone editions from the 90s, and have gotten a few of the recent slipcases, but that set looks phenomenal.
Ich finde es schade, dass du in englisch bloggst, vor allem da es dich einschränkt, weil du manchmal die Worte suchen musst. Andererseits mag ich den deutschen Akzent .) Aber am Besten gefällt mir, dass du auch Disney Comics im Schrank hast .. Thumbs up
wer sagt denn, dass ich auf Deutsch nicht auch Worte suchen müsste? :) Nöö, ernsthaft, die Entscheidung, das hier auf (eine Art) Englisch zu machen, war eine meiner besten... schränkt zwar manchmal (hüstel) die sprachliche Qualität ein "wenig" ein, hat mir auf der anderen Seite ein ziemlich buntes Publikum von Kanada bis Südostasien ermöglicht. Außerdem übe ich konstant, naja, mehr oder weniger einmal pro Woche Englisch zu sprechen, was ich sonst nie täte & ich glaube, das ist besser als jede Sprachschule - wenn Du mal richtiges Grottenenglischdeutsch hören möchtest, musst Du nur eine meiner frühesten Folgen anklicken.

I've got a copy of this absolute edition and I think the story starts off great. as for the ending... well...

Love the art on those stories but I didn't like the writing. Oh well, can't have everything.
