Oh boy! Great video. As always we agree on Alien Goddess. My favorite Kate Spade is Truly Gracious, super green and cooling. Wearing a middle eastern “dupe” for Chance au Tendre( hope I spelled that ok) called Chants Tenderina which is pretty good. I have been watching a lot of your videos from the past two years and one of them reminded me that I have Electric by Agent Provocateur so I’m going to wear that tomorrow! Have a beautiful weekend! 🌺
Vétiver d'Hiver was the first fragrance I bought from Selfridges (it was substantially cheaper at the time before they started adding duties and taxes) and I'm still loving it! Wonderful review!

@@ThePerfumeNest I’m curious what your other flanker is. I never liked the original but every summer I would pick up the flanker. I loved the Escape to Panarea one as it had a powdery touch which was nice in the heat.

I love the Bleue..it’s such a photorealistic “I’m standing by a cold, babbling brook in the forest” vibes. So crisp & refreshing.

You are the second person who’s recommending Burberry Her edt and strangely we never received that one🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. I’ve tracked it in one of the US sites so I will probably by a travel size🤔🤔. I’ve been loving softer fragrances so I will sample some of these where possible👌👌. Stay gorgeous 🥰🥰

I smelled yesterday Burberry HER EDT, and I thought that it was more subdued and calmer version of Chanel Chance eau Fraiche.
Another Burberry that draw my attention was HER London Dream, and it reminded me about calmer version of Chanel Chance Eau Tendre.
Alien Goddess doesn't like me. There is something in it by the end that bothers me.
How is the Burberry Her EDT lasting power?
I was testing Vetiver D'Hiver recently, and ot was leaning masculine for me. My nose must have changed, because earlier I didn't smell it.
I also smelled D&G Light Blue Intense in the store and I thought that it was very nice.
My D&G Light Blue is my perfume for life.

Hermes does the best designer perfumes hands down! Love almost all of them from the Jardin line. Chanel Chance Eau Vive is so underrated, I find it to be better than Eau Tendre but my favourite is still Chance Eau Fraiche 😊. Paris - Édimbourg from Chanel is also great in the summer.

My fave designers as of lately are: J Choo Rose Passion (STUNNING tropical floral, no rose involved), Dolce Garden (again, a misnomer, this is a tropical gourmand), my vintage bottle of Michael Kors Michael Kors that I'm holding onto for dear life, E Lauder Modern Muse Nuit (discontinued, HTF, pretty vanilla/chamomile), Chloe Nomade Unit d'Egypte (GORGEOUS sticky dates and orange blossom), Gucci Bloom Ambrosia (designer level Carnal Flower to my nose), Elie Saab Le Parfum Intense (dense, thick orange blossom and honey), Elie Saab Girl Of Now Shine (pistachio and pineapple, thick, rich, so pretty), Christian Siriano Intimate Silhouette (love this one, very similar to Commodity Milk Expressive), Guerlain Le Petit Robe Noir (beautiful cherry/rose), P Rabanne Olympea Legend (thick, syrupy vanilla laden, slightly salty plums and apricots, GORGEOUS!!!), Kim Kardashian Kim Kardashian (a damn gorgeous heady and tropical leaning tuberose, not designer but worth throwing into this comment). Very long list but I love all of these!!

Chloe Cedrus is really a beautiful, soft yet refreshing fragrance for every day. The Vanilla Planifolia from the line is another banger - so delicious and cheaper than Guerlain's fragrance with the same name!

My favorite designer fragrance for summer is Chanel Les Eaux Paris-Paris. Something about that sparkling lemon and rose 😍
I don’t think I’ve ever tried that one! I have Paris-Venise but never wear it anymore (even though it’s lovely). So maybe I’ll give Paris Paris a go.

The Kate Spade NW sounds like one I’ve got to snatch. especially since I don’t own any Burberry fragrances but I love the smell of Burberry Her. Another great video Chris! I always look forward to your videos!! 😊
Aw thank you!!! I do probably prefer Burberry Her EDT a little bit more (the opening of Kate Spade NY is a touch harsh) but it is lovely in the dry down.
Hi there! Yes it’s nice! I am really prefer Burberry Her a tad more because it’s a touch fresher and sparkly. The opening is better with Burberry. But KSNY has a lovely dry down and a more prominent rose.

I wish I had more of a love for designer fragrances but since they discontinued Burberry Brit Gold I haven’t found one. I will give the new Gucci orchid one a try. Back in the day I wore Obsession which I cannot tolerate anymore , Dune, and Gucci Rush.

I feel like I’m the only one who wears Eau Vive, but it’s so good! I bought my first bottle years ago when the Chance perfumes were the affordable Chanel option. And I’m still on my second bottle. It’s my classiest freshie. It does open as grapefruit forward but a citrusy floral Chanel DNA emerges and lingers most of the day. Surprising for an eau de toilette, considering most fragrances disappear on me. At least to my nose. Sad for a perfume lover.

Maybe it's just me or menopause is coming my way (I've just turned 51, LOL), but I found myself gravitating towards cocooning, autumn-appropriate frags this summer. Not in the high heat, but on an average summer day around 30 Celsius. My recent go to is Zadig&Voltaire This Is Her, and its quite pretty and good value dupe, Zara's Fields at Nightfall. I cannot have enough of those (the original for going out, the other one for bed or doing chores at home). I don't even understand myself, but I just love them. And fortunately, so does my man. :)

lol! I know! Now I recently fell in love with Dioriviera. After not loving it on first sniff. Well I liked it a lot. But on multiple revisits and a few months of marinating my sample, I’m in love!!

I love No 5 Eau Premiere and L’Eau. L’Eau just doesn’t last long enough though as it is an EDT
Yes. I agree. But the kiss of death for a perfume in the Summer for me is something that is too strong then it makes me physically ill. I appreciate I can wear it, it’s super pretty and light but will never gag me in the heat. I’ve loved Eau Premiere since its release and love it when it’s cold. I need to wear it more
I bought 10ml of Burberry Her edt this year. I loved it when I sampled it in a cosmetic store, but unfortunately this fragrance DNA is not for me. This summer I already used a half of Peonia Nobile Aqua di Parma. I miss your pool videos.

Ah!!!! I LOVE Still. I think I got it for like 12$. Wore it for years and just recently let it go. I found something similar that I love as well. I LOVE to hear ppl enjoying things that aren’t always super new. I know it’s the rage….but I still enjoy the classics and some other scents like you. ❤️❤️

I could suggest Turquoise by Sage. It’s an oil as all of their scents are. They are very well done. Turquoise would be worth trying out. Very refreshing in high heat.

Yes I am! How fun!!!! No niche or indie shops in St Charles but Old St Charles on the river has several shops; a few that sells soaps and candles and home fragrances.
