This is meant in no disrespectful way but rugby is a very complicated game compared to football, a captain has to make certain decisions mid game that genuinely effect the score board where it can win or lose a game, you wont get that in football. Also with rugby being a true contact sport you cant have a weak man control those men you have to genuinely have their respect and demand their respect. I can explain to a 4 year old how to play football in 60 seconds. Also just look at the intellectual standards of both sports players in post game interviews haha says it all.
