MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

2 large eggs [120 grams]
1 tsp vanilla [5 ml]
1 tbsp white vinegar [15 ml]
1/4 cup oil (any cooking oil) [60 ml]
1/2 cup fresh milk [120 ml]
1 cup sugar [200 grams]
1 cup all purpose flour [135 grams]
1/3 cup cocoa powder [35 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
1 tsp baking soda [5 grams]
1 tsp baking powder [5 grams]
✔️Ganache
1/2 cup sugar [100 grams]
1/2 cup cocoa powder [50 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 grams]
2 tbsp cornstarch [15 grams]
1 cup fresh milk [240 ml]
1 tbsp butter [15 grams]

Tried this (I didn't have white vinegar so i replaced it with apple cider vinegar. I also used nesquick chocolate milk powder instead of cocoa powder) and ended up with the most mouth watering, mouth, pillowy cake. This is way better than any other cake recipe I've tried!
Edit: just rewatched the video, turns out I forgot to add butter to my ganache, it was fine though
