Oh how I wish I found this oven mitt tutorial last year! I made a bunch where the lining wasn’t attached and hated them…. I gave them all to charity LOL! I searched so long for one where the lining was attached, but didn’t find any. Not sure why yours didn’t show up!- now I want to make more trying this method! I hate the crinkle of insul-brite though, is regular batting insulating enough, or does the “crinkle” just come with the territory? Absolutely love your videos and how unique and professional your finishes are! ❤️
Thank you so much for your kind words! I recommend to use a few layers of insul bright. I don’t think regular batting is heat safe enough.

Use the foot pedal with your left foot & the knee lifter with your right, sooooooo much easier, doesn’t take lone to get used to 💃🏻

Love these!! For the lining it says to use 2 pieces of batting. Is this insulated batting or regular batting?
It’s insulated batting but one layer isn’t enough to protect from the heat. I even use three layers sometimes. 🤗
