Outside of the standard three big meals of the day - Breakfast, lunch, dinner - you should have something about half way between those meals. It's 5-6 meals per day, but not overly big meals. Should be eating something once every 2-3 hours. More active, the more often you should be getting something to eat.

    • @ghostflame9211
      @ghostflame9211 ปีที่แล้ว +33

would be down to see something like that. there are already a bunch OMAD (one meal a day) videos out there that have evidence of the diet being better for you than the 3 meals tradition. but idk, eating all 2000 calories in one sitting seems way too extreme for someone who isn't incredibly active. i bet food theory could find some kind of middle ground.
granted, there is no such thing as one size fits all for nutrition and meals, but there is usually a one size fits most.

As someone who is Gen Z myself, I like the new Pepsi logo. Has a 1960’s esque look to it though some people will say it looks like something from the 80’s and 90’s which holds true as well. I think the reason why people in my generation is nostalgic and have a obsession with things from the past is things from the 90’s and on are plain and drab to things from the 80’s and up, most notably cars for example. Not only things from years ago have a unique styling and aesthetics to them, but are built with better quality as well. For example, I bought a GE Vortalex fan from the 1950’s last September (I am aware it’s not safe around small children since you can easily stick your fingers in it), wow, moves a insane amount of air and every fan I’ve owned has never moved the amount of air this one does. If I had a few more, could easily live without air conditioning since it moves that much air around.

@Xenofastiq There is a gigantic machine behind corporate rebrands, the difference is they run these things through massive amounts of design attempts, testing, and prototyping. The end result is no better than something a single person could have done, but the process with possibly tens to hundreds of people involved is where the $1 million went. The process guarantees that at the very least the logo they get at the end has been tested and manipulated to be performant for their target audience.

Growing up in the 80's a lot of places still had the Pepsi logo with the name in the middle. Just because it wasn't on the actual can, doesn't mean we didn't see the 1971 version on soda machines, in restaurants, and gas stations. So it's not just nostalgic for being super old, because it was still around for years.

I was a kid in the 1990's and a teenager in the 2000's. Now I lived in the rural parts of the USA such as Northwest Wisconsin and North Dakota, very close to the Canadian border, and I saw restaurants still have their 1980's Pepsi sign still being used as their main sign for their restaurant. For example, it would like a standard mom and pop pizza shop that tried to mimic Pizza Hut or Dominos, and the place would be a generic name like the last name of the owner's, and the sign to show you where that was in town, was simply an 1980's lit up Pepsi sign and below the 80's Pepsi logo was the name of the place in bold font just hanging above the main entrance. Of course you would go inside the menus also had the old Pepsi logo on it and even on the soda fountains too.
This was the same for other brands like Coca-Cola or 7-Up as well.

there's a LOT of praise for the new logo in the comments, so i'm giving a new perspective. as someone who's gen z, i think they really fumbled with this because of one thing; they chose to bring back the logo from the 1970s. i personally have no nostalgic feelings towards stuff from that era as someone who was born in 2006, over 30 years later. i feel that this logo would play into the nostalgic feelings from people born in gen X or old millennials way more than it does for gen Z. i would've loved to see the early 2000s logo, or even the 90s logo come back, as those feel way more nostalgic. y2k aesthetics are really big with my generation right now and i genuinely can't believe they didn't take advantage of that. most highschoolers will probably not recognize that logo as an old one and feel nostalgic, as i definitely didn't.

The new design is pretty interesting. I find the theory interesting that Pepsi's sticking to their trend of being for the new generation via making it stand out among a sea of brands, as well as invoking a nostalgic feeling.
Also, I have a random question; is there really a difference, either in flavor and nutrition, depending on what kind of cooking oil you use? Like, instead of using Olive Oil for everything, from the go to for frying foods or putting on my salad, which is pretty random; who thought of putting oil on salad, should I be using Avocado Oil, or Canola Oil?
I've been trying to look up results and asking people who may know this stuff better than me, but the only concrete answer I've gotten is "Vegetable Oil is not made of vegetables," or something like that. So as cheap as it sounds to ask in a youtube comment section, I was wondering if you could do a theory on that...?

@@kathleenking47 pong's meh. Used to ride bikes, now I love walking. Also a card shop close to me has an actual Mrs Pacman machine, as it's also a comic shop, and arcade, and whenever I'm there, I love playing it. The speed you get from it, it's really fun.

I saw the new Pepsi logo a week or two ago, and I really liked it. It does scream nostalgic in a way, but with a different font that is fun with both the new generation and the old.

As someone who is obsessed with nostalgia and owns an old camera. The MOMENT i saw the new logo I said, "OH! ITS THE RETRO LOGO I LOVE IT AND NOW I LOVE PEPSI EVEN MORE!" Pepsi was already my favorite drink before though.

I think you should update the live channel logo to have all the theory colors, cause the live isn’t just about games anymore.

Finally, a logo that isn't an over-simplified, abstract shape and actually communicates what it is

For some reason when I look at the new logo I feel like I'm looking at a gas station sign.

i'm guessing that the current logo is the one you spent most of your life seeing. it's a lot easier to like something that's familiar.
