It's great that you taught this in the key of A. My Worship Leader plays and sings it in A as well. So, perfect!!
But after learning it, I wanted to play along with covers you have made. Except, they are all in Bflat!
Yeah.. add a capo or just move up 1/2 step. But as a newbie, one has a tendency to key in on the fretboard markers and positions gradually committed to muscle AND visual memory! Wish at least one of your covers had been done in A.
Oh well, in spite of the complaint, please do MORE of these tutorials for electric. Your covers are great but its not always easy to pick up exactly which notes you are playing. Yeah, I got the message about learning techniques and scales and have gone through those videos. Great stuff! But for me, there's nothing like a note for note, fret for fret run through and explanation/tutorial. Better than Tabs in my opinion.

If I download your helix patch for this song, will I get the same layout for the effects on helix LT?
I'd encourage you guys to call out the notes or degrees when explaining and spelling out lines. That pushes us out of the typical string and fret number that just gets us by the tune... But with the notes we can delve deeper into music theory little by little.
We play it in E, which is quite interesting.
Yeah but what strings are you using? That has a big thing to do with it too cuz the sound changes and we think somethings wrong and start messing with it and can’t find it haha thanks man God bless u

Would you recommend selling all pedals and going helix? Will a helix alone be sufficient for a few years for all types of sets?

I just got a Helix stomp. Will Helix patches work for the stomp or is that a totally different format?
chris mcshaves they told us they would but it’s a very specific way you have to have the helix patch set up. So really, no. We are slowly working on converting patches over tho!

I just bought a Line 6 POD GO, as I knew your WT's YT vids use a lot of their boards. I am now SOOOO disappointed that you have not bothered to create ANY POD GO patches, even though it seems that the POD GO is just sorta a mini-Helix, but yet, their patches probably won't work on my POD GO. I have seen and have PURCHASED some POD GO patches on your website. SO NOW, I guess I will just have to watch some of these individual song Vids, see your Helix settings, and then just create my own. Overall, enjoy WT vids.
Hi Larry. Sorry you are disappointed. We have a ton of POD Go presets on the site. Are you talking about song presets? POD Go doesn’t have enough DSP for us to build our song presets on it, unfortunately.
@@worshiptutorials Ok, thanks for the explanation. Frankly, for the church that I play in, I really dont need much. As an example, I think they'd "tar and feather me" if I blasted a Distortion pedal some Sunday AM....haha....I did use a very light distortion on a riff recently, and no one said anything. But it was very subtle. Probably the only one who may have noticed it was the WL, and he didn't say anything about it. I just joined this WT on 1/7/24, and now find myself on the schedule every Sunday, which is fine with me, and I alternate between EG and AG. On the other side of the spectrum, it's nice to play on a team where the volume isn't at 100 decibels! I'll still watch your vids and just work around it. I did but about 5 of the PGo patches and got the 2 freebies too.

The original key is on Bb, which should be on Tutorials. Why did it change to A?
Because it is so much easier to sing, and most likely what key many people will do it in.
