I was an inmate in TDCJ from June 1982 to Oct 1993 and this new training is just a waste of tax dollars, only thing I co did and needed to know was how to count heads back in the day

The CO'S need to clean up the way they talk around the offenders. Too much cursing and F bombs. Work on this

All they had to do is make sure every CO goes home with at least 5,000 every month....They will have staff and officers willing to work...anything else is BS
