Have you considered filling your water from the front instead of the rear? We built an adapter for filling at home and when done from the front there is box need to worry about air being trapped. The squeaking could be your axles, tough touring in Australia offers a greasable replacement axle.

No I have not considered "front filling" is it possible
I have located the suspension noise..... independent axle bushes, I trying to get the Copper Spray to penetrate these bushes
