LBSAA honours Obi at President's Dinner (2014)

Former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, was among recipients of the Distinguished Alumnus Award at the 20th Annual President's Dinner of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSA​A) held in Lagos last weekend.
At the prestigious event, graced by 1500 guests from all walks of life, Obi joined LAPO Microfinance Managing Director, Godwin Eseiwi Ehigiamuse, to bag an award for people-oriented service delivery, exemplary leadership and high standards.
"I did not hesitate to accept the award because it's one of those awards that take one by surprise without anybody offering it for consideration," said an enthused Obi on receiving the award.
