Shoma’s Turandot is one of my favorite Olympic performances ever. It’s such a privilege to see this young man expressing himself in such a beautiful and inspiring way on the ice. 💙

I watch this performance every now and again. I’ve never had a skating program move me like this one does. Literal chills every time I watch it. It’s up there imo as one of the greatest of all time.
turandot is a warhorse music, so many skaters use this. but i really think that turandot is shoma's music! he brought the another level of turandot. I really love his performance. can't wait to see him at beijing 2022 with the new bolero!
Shoma is one of the most charismatic skaters and my favorite. Simply adorable! I follow shoma's work since the juniors and it is impossible not to fall in love with the performance he gives in the programs... Turandot, one of Shoma's best programs. And I really miss the adorable Mihoko Higuchi 💕
Just babble amongst other Shoma fans. The moment when Shoma stands on the escalater at the end of his yt video he seems to give a long stare at the camera. We were joking that was when he stole our souls amongst other moments.😁

I just absolutely love Shoma he is one of my all-time favorites. This piece of music coupled with his style of skating is perfection. He interprets this music so well.
His skating is so powerful! That second half was just insane -- the program built and built until the climactic end, and he somehow managed to convey all the expressivity of Puccini's 'verismo'. That 3-jump combo with the first jump landed right on the beat; the final combo, too; and of course the signature cantilever... So much energy there, near the end. It was a great performance!
He is truly an artist, his drama and acting is on point for this music. His skating skill is one of the best currently on men field, and he is such an endearing character as well. But his jumps are so wild, you cannot tell if he can land them or not. I guess that's also the reason why his performance is so exciting and I have so much anticipation and excitement before and while he performs.
Thank you for uploading this stunning FP by Shoma Uno. I remember watching it back then and going like Wow! The energy, the musicality, complex technical elements and speed, all seamlessly woven together. He gave this performance all he had. Great memory and a wonderful way to start my week.

Программы Нейтана никогда не пересматриваю, а вот Шому и Юдзуру хочется видеть бесконечно, а теперь к ним добавился еще и малыш Юмка. А какие они все разные... Юзу - грация, пластика, изящность; Шома - скорость, мощь, напор; ну, а Юма просто "няшка". Хочу кого-то из них увидеть следущим О.Ч. Надеюсь больше всего на Шому (хотя безумно люблю катание Юзу). First half 4Lo, 4F, 3Lo, Second half 3A, 4T-2T, 4T, 3A-3F, 3S-3T. That's insane! He truly gave it all he's got. Well deserved silver medal!
Actually Quad loop was underrotated but credited as fullrotated, uno deserved bronze
