Question: Massachusetts features some of the lowest ratio of beds to persons over 65, the highest household incomes and the highest costs per bed. What factors keep them off the list of best places to invest?

Thank you for your support! You would have to convert the units and make it one. You're better off converting a single family residence into a residential assisted living then trying to convert a duplex into a assisted living.

Most likely not, as a lot of the clients you’ll be taking care of will not want to live in a mobile park because the needs they have will require you have ADA compliant bathrooms, and ADA accessible ways to get around the home.
