I also have some led light strips in my room and they work better in the dark I like the dark so that’s will always be closed my boyfriend seems to love them too.

My husband and I have a room with one two Hugh individual windows and one real big long window. I think it's actually supposed to be an off ice but it's our room. My husband works two jobs needs his sleep and these are perfect no light comes through at all. Reccomended.

It doesn’t hold that heat out but just having the room pitch dark with none of the light coming through the whole day beaming down on your room does make a little difference to stop heat from the rays I guess. But when it come to just being hot I still was burning up out here in Cali when I had them up as well 🥵

This will work to stop that bleed through. Only light that will slip through as you see in the video will be from the bottom. If you don’t have a window seal lip that sticks out a bit and the top because of course there is no curtains up there.

How do these work at night if your room is lit from the inside (from a light/TV) is it only one way? Can you see inside the room from outside the house at night?
I'm using the 3m strips you can cut 1 into 4 pieces and just stick one on the wall next to the window and one on the curtain. I did the outside of the curtain where it folds over against the wall because you can't see the 3M on there. but that was just me being picky here is the link you want to try them out and they are great for a lot of other stuff to because they hold up 16Lbs. my wife has her full body mirror hanging with 2 of these strips. amzn.to/3qNzVVK

When I used it my room would get pretty darn. How close it would be to night time I will say 90-95. If you can keep the leaking out from the top and bottom.
Yes it should. Blackout curtains provide insulation and reflect the sunlight, and thermal curtains do this as well, I think better a bit, but in general these curtains will keep your room cooler as long as they're able to insulate.

I can see light on top of the curtain and on the bottom as well. That is not 'completely dark'. That light does have an impact on the room. Your assessment is lacks real accuracy.
This guy is probably lying - I bought the curtains after seeing this review and boy do I regret buying from this company. I've been getting weird spam calls from China ever since, and their curtains first and foremost do not work. I also received a different size from what I ordered but their customer service told me to donate them and that they were keeping my money. I paid 140 for the curtains.

I didn’t do nothing about that one. Top didn’t bug me as much as the bottom when I was trying to sleep
