    Flore plans are not good in my view. You have separate washroom attached with study room, but 2 bedrooms comes with no washrooms at all. I find it very inconvenient.

      Both Fusion and Trio have their flaws when it comes to floor plans, but Fusion's layout has a better overall appeal, aside from the kitchen size. If you're okay with being part of a larger community, The Brook might be a better choice as an end user.

      Palm olympia 2 has much better floor plan and even clubhouse and amenities are better in Palm Olympia 2. Better go for Palm Olympia 2
