Rob, this channel has been such a great find and help for me. I’ve played bass for fifty odd years, pro and semi-pro and just used to noodle around on a crappy old acoustic I had not really knowing what I was doing.
I bought myself a Faith Venus acoustic and with your help am now playing Asturias, Blackbird, Norwegian Wood etc. I can actually turn out songs. Your easy to understand play through, demonstrated quickly with no waffle works great for me and I’m sure many others. Thanks again.

Really enjoyed playing this. At school I learnt classical guitar for a few years and then the summer of punk (I'm that old) happened and I gave up. Dumb decision. Great finger workout - thanks Rob - rekindled my love of playing classical guitar. Is there a follow up video for the whole piece?

Holy smoke. You're really challenging me. I'm about 6 months in now. More or less got Classical Gas. Now this. I've got it nailed as long as I only play at about 1/5th of the speed. But... What is really interesting is that my dexterity has jumped forward by practicing this. There's a couple of things I'm trying to learn. Don't laugh but one is I Believe in Father Christmas. There's a bit right at the start of the intro with a pull off 2 frets up with the little finger. I'd skip it because I could not make the stretch. After a couple of hours playing this, I can now make that stretch. So this not only sounds impressive but it's a cracking exercise. Thank you! You doing this stuff for free is immensely valuable.
I believe in Father Christmas is a great track. I did learn it once; I’ll dig it out and put it up when I get some time. Will have to practice it first. ✌️
@@fennahrob6934 Well, I'm hitting Asturias hard. I can do about 10 bars at about a 20th of the speed of John Williams. When I think I struggled to strum along to Mull of Kintyre from my old Russ Shipton book back in January I'm quite chuffed. Most of my improvement is down to you!

When I try to download the sheets, I just get stuck on "Download Pending", it never downloads though. It's the same on all of Rob's videos. Does anyone else find this, or a cure for this ?
I came across that problem while using the youtube app. Try downloading from your web browser instead.
