- Hit my 6 month post-op (ACL reconstruction surgery) mark in Amsterdam and lived to vlog the tale. Little bits of the city, little bits of the countryside, inside a Dutch gym (hint: it's sick), sheep, dogs, birds, kazam. My first taste of travel vlogging ;)
good video!
Girl, best luck to you! I injured my knee three months ago, at the hospital they kept telling me that its all good until I went to another hospital in another country where they found out that my MCL, ACL and meniscus are all fucked up. I am still waiting for the surgery. Even though I am not professional athlete, it is still hard to tolerate this 😅 your videos keep me sane, preparing me whats about to happen next. So thanks and keep going💪🏻
Thanks for saying thanks! So frustrating that you were misdiagnosed... At least it can only get better from there, haha. Best wishes for your surgery and recovery
Thats incredible to be able to squat that deep after the trauma to both legs, your doing amazing, I am getting ready to start my journey after 7th December when i have surgery to my left knee.
Messing up Kgs to LBs is one of the secrets to hitting PRs
dude, thanks for posting. I'm 3 days out of meniscus repair and acl quad graft. Gives me a glimmer of what's next... now to attempt some quad fires; cheers!
Did you have to face the insanely steep stairways inside of the older homes?
YES omg I don't understand how people go up and down those things everyday - or move furniture or fig trees. Clearly no one in that city has had knee surgery lol
Three weeks ago I completely ruptured my acl in my left knee and some other minor injuries that will heal over time. I’m getting my surgery next week. Is there anything I should expect before or after surgery?

“Fortunately no one around here speaks English…” LOL. I bet they do.
Yeah they are like among the best in world on that for a second language.
